The one-off dinner will combine regional European and modern American elements across a special five-course menu, including 10 dishes and canapes.

    Great spot in middle of a strip mall!! Service was excellent! Rich was so fun and knowledgeable!! We ordered 7 dishes (meant to be shared), ALL of them were great!! Oxtail hummus, octopus and pork dishes were our favorites!! They have a good selection of drinks! Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back!!

    The only negative we had is that we definately felt rushed through our tasting menu. Just as soon as one plate was taken away another was put down. We have liked to have some time in between courses. In addition, the last course came with pork and beef and paired with a white and red wine. While both were delicious, I would highly recommend not having both red and white at the same course...very confusing to ones palate.

    The back of house seems to be understaffed. Our waitress Ruby was lovely but for our 8pm reservations, we literally didn't get to the last dish until 11pm because they only have 8 cooks for the entire operations. It was frustrating that I sent messages over Open Table to change our reservations and submit allergies but didn't get a response so I had to try calling a few times.

    second time dining here and will forever keep coming back each time I'm in town. celebrated a bachelorette this weekend and the girls were blown away! thank you to the team for taking care of us!!! don't forget to get the team a round of beers! they deserve it and more. much love to the s+w crew!

    The food was very good and was very interesting on the palate. Excellent use of sauces and accompaniments. Will return. Only 2 complaints. Music was too loud / raucous, we’re more jazz in background for dinner types. Also the beef and lamb were recommended as medium rare. My bad for not saying medium. But the lamb rack was rare at best and not enjoyable. The awesome strip steak with lobster on top suffered a bit as well but minor ding. Personal opinion that good cuts need to caramelize and render a bit, reverse sear preferred, hitting at least 135 for the complexity to present. All said, the food was excellent otherwise as was the wine menu, which was targeted but hit the mark. Back in town again to see more sphere dead in june july and aug and will return to S+W.

    Some how my "split" check was for lots more than my portion of the final check total they gave me. Imagine being scammed in a Vegas dinner in 2024!!. This atop being offered an unknown wine for 200 because they might not be able to find the tuscan i chose for 75. I don't expect upselling in a highly regarded restaurant let along scandalous check manipulation. Great place, bad staff or management. Caveat emptor

    Visiting Las Vegas yearly for the EDC Music festival for the last 11years ...My "partner in crime" and I try to make it a point to visit "foodie" destinations off strip. I'm a retired chef of 58 and She a restaurant and service professional. We were amazed at the quality of the food, service and attention to detail found at Sparrow and Wolf. We tried most of the menu and will be back for certain.
