Chef, Juan Diego, who has had extensive culinary experience from Madrid, London, HongKong, and Mexico had the idea of combining global flavors & techniques that come together. He now wields his creativity at Space Cowboy making his experiences and techniques work together for this new modern American concept. What’s great restaurant! We loved all the suggestions Jared B made. Even ordered a second plate of Space Balls. Loved the concept and all the craft cocktails. Make sure you make a reservation.

Roger is an amazing server and the hostess was so hard working and made a super busy night work for everyone. Food was incredible, too.

Space balls are great but all for all tuna. Risotto was tasty and only really liked the steak on the skewer entree

Had great cocktails but no food. The conveyer belt for delivering orders was really cool, as was the overall ambiance

Enjoyed it. The delivery bots were fun and the server was friendly. Food was great. Space Balls, Hamachi, Charred Broccolini, Cowgirl Cut, and Shishito Peppers were stand outs.

Cool place! Food and drink are delivered via robots named after the Minions. 😂. Super cool kitsch! The food is tapas style and delicious. But even for tapas the portions for the meat dishes were quite small with a larger plate price tag. The veggies and hummus were good sized. We’ll go back!

Fun dining experience with the little robot cars that bring your drinks and food to your table. I’ve been twice and the food is delicious. Favorite menu items: Sticky rice topped with salmon, tuna, and beef Corn ribs Sliders Braised short ribs Seafood Risotto
