My only complaint was that the food was all so salty. Otherwise delicious.

I waited to try this place because I was hearing so many mixed reviews. I went in hopeful but was dissapointed very quickly. First off, this is not a date night spot. SO many families with their children because of the "robot serving system"...it's not a nice dinner experience for a couple but more for children entertainment. Also, big red flag when we were handed DIRTY printed paper menus and we were seated and an unleveled wobbly table. No one explained the menu to us or asked about our dietary restrictions so we accidentally ordered a dish with meat (we're vegetarian). The presentation was decent but the flavors were lacking.. On a positive note, Food/drinks came out super quickly. Only 1 waiter from what I could observe so putting orders in took awhile and getting the check to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. I hope they can make some improvements.

Loved my first dining experience here! The robots are fun, we had great service and were visited by the chef who gave us suggestions how to best eat the space balls which were one of my favorite dishes! They have a nice list of mocktails for those who aren’t drinking as well as several very yummy cocktails! We never felt like we were waiting too long or being rushed and everything was paced out nicely. Contrary to other reviews, we were full after the recommended portions and my meal with a tip was $75 which I found very reasonable. We tried the burrata (yummy!), the space balls (omg!), the hamachi (very unique and a favorite), the sea and land skewers (just ok), the fries (outstanding), and the panna cotta which was also nice and unexpected! Would love to go back and highly recommend for an interesting dinner experience. Thanks to other reviewers, we ubered and so had no issue with parking. Thanks Space Cowboy for a fun GNO!

Took our family here who were visiting from out of state. Due to the traffic in the restaurant, we were unable to be served by the robots, which was the entire point of our visit to Space Cowboy. Edit: We did ask for robots.

Meredith, when your party only orders a drink, it's hard for us to serve you with robots when they delivery randomly and you did not ask for them. I'm sure the tables who ordered a variety of items will get deliveries by the robots.

We had an incredible time dining at Space Cowboy! The food is impeccable and flavors were on point! Thomas was an exceptional waiter and was very attentive. The spaceships were perfectly timed - they didn’t miss a beat with regard to service times. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family!

Parking is tight. Rideshare if you can. Interior is delightful with whimsical clouds handing from the ceiling and faux cactus decor all around. Our server was friendly and energetic. We started with drinks and blistered shishito peppers. These all came out by the little spaceship car. We ordered one mocktail which was clearly marked. All other items were delivered to our table by server. The spaceship cars were moving around the restaurant throughout our stay. We each ordered a plate, but only three of the four made it to the table. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. Since three of us had already finished our plates by the time our busy server returned to our table, we asked that they not bring the fourth plate, and to please remove the charge from the tab. Our server was able to remove the charge and was very apologetic. The ladies in our party received a small succulent plant as we left. I'm glad we went and had the experience, even without the fourth plate.

Very cool experience, food was good and the bots were so much fun! I would recommend trying to tint the front doors to help block out the light to help with the ambiance. I would definitely recommend this for anyone from out of town looking for a unique experience.
