Our story started on the beautiful coast of South Sicily and later transformed to another beautiful cost of Clearwater, Florida.
Chef Nello born and raised in Catania, Sicily and has wide experience with his restaurants in Italy.
Soul Sicilian Fusion is his first restaurant in USA.
Name SOUL mean that main ingredient in each dish is LOVE!
Fist opened in September of 2019 we decided that most important in our restaurant is high quality local produce, fresh fish, and Authentic Italian recipes.
Each wine is carefully chosen and displayed in our wine menu by the region it’s from!
We are happy to see you in our restaurant and want you to have best experience ever!

    Great service and atmosphere. This was a great place to go before concerts at the Capital Theater. The menu was varied. The pasta was a little al dente, but the sauces had great flavor.

    Repetir un sitio de comida donde fuiste atendido y servicio de comida excelente y tener una experiencia mejor que las otras veces. Tremenda atención de hoy por parte de Flavio y el resto del personal, sugerencias que expresaron el buen comer Paccheri allo scoglio, orecchiette con salsiccia, Pinsa Romana, Polipo y por su puesto dulces Cannoli, tiramisú y panacotta. Indiscutiblemente un local recomendable 100%, no se van arrepentir

    One of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've had. Great food, presentation, service and ambiance. Home made pastas that were amazing. Highly recommend.

    We were running late & they were So Kind to us. We love bringing our own bottle, no problem. 3rd time here. Ambience, selection, & warmth of everyone A+. Had the Soul Salad - Balsamic reduction on fresh greens, shaved Parm - Yum. Scrumptious truffle Pizza w/Sausage. Just another level + Light & tasty. Also tried Margherita. Wish we had time for Main course. Going to Todd Rundgren Concert at Capitol Theatre so ran leftover Pizzas to Truck. So happy we had them next day. Can't wait to go back for more!     This is as close to authentic Italian food you can find without being in Italy! The food was outstanding. It was our first time and know it won’t be our last. We had a shrimp linguine special with a fresh tomato sauce (nothing jarred about this - all hand crushed tomatoes, fresh basil) which was amazing and a truffle ravioli which was equally as good. The canolo was without a doubt the best we’ve ever had and you can tell it was homemade. Friendly staff and owners!

    First visit to this hidden gem in downtown Clearwater. What a wonderful experience! The food was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and the ambiance was like a family gathering.

    Best kept secret in Clearwater. Authentic Italian. Great service! Perfect for a romantic evening out or just an amazing meal! I felt like I was sitting at an outside cafe somewhere in Italy. Great value as well!
