Souk Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar is a fusion of Mediterranean cuisine, with great influence from Lebanon, Turkey, North Africa, and surrounding coasts of the Azure Pond.

The restaurant is an inviting environment with a great selection of food and beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, sodas and coffee.

Please note we do not allow outside food or beverages due to Ohio Health Code Safety Regulations.

Our third dinner engagement at Souk, which has become one of our favorite dining establishments in the 419. We tried new dishes each time and have been delighted with everything we’ve tried. 5 out of 5 for sure!

Glad I tried the octopus with forbidden black rice, so good. Plus not had the black rice before. Will get again, cooked with some zing to it. Roasted salmon was some of best ever. Thanks to Matt, our server, for helping to make this a memorable evening.

Our waitress was amazing I wish I could remember her name! Food was amazing as well! Calamari was the best I’ve had! Beef medallions were great! Will definitely be going back!

Excellent service and food. Love the funky vibe of the restaurant and the food was amazing as usual. Our waitress, Cassandra was knowledgeable and competent. Brunch was delicious!!

We were looking for a restaurant near the Stranahan Theatre to eat brunch prior to event. Everything on the brunch menu was good and service was great! We had the fried artichokes for an appetizer, blueberry tart with chantilly cream, short stuff burger, benedict, bloody mary and Turkish coffee.

I did not know Toledo and was in town for a concert so I used OpenTable to search for a dinner destination. We loved every part of it. I live about 45 minutes away and will absolutely be back.

It was excellent! Our server was fantastic and really attentive. We had a great bottle of wine, three appetizers, two salads and two dinners. Everything was delectable! We also shared a dessert- bread pudding!!!

My husband and I both enjoyed dinner. We had halloumi cheese appetizer, tomato bisque, short ribs and the rack of lamb. All were done well and were very flavorful, our server was high energy, friendly and very helpful with suggestions. It had been a long time since we had been there but I am sure we will put Souk in our dinner rotation now. We happened to be downtown and chose Souk because of location but feel it will now be destination.

Greeted by a less than enthusiastic, hostess set four of us with two men at a small booth by the door. Two big guys and two women can’t fit in that booth. She moved us to another table in the back and after 10 minutes no service she came back and said we couldn’t sit there because they had a big table coming so they moved us to another table another 10 minutes or so before, anyone greeted us. And by the way, she made us car her own menus from the front of the restaurant in the original booth to the back and then move our own menus from that table to another table. She needs some severe hospitality training .Ask for a bottle of champagne. It took them 20 minutes to tell me they were out ordered a Cosmo and took another 15 minutes to get that. Caio the Pepe was cold congealed and had no black pepper or salt. The hummus was watery. My daughters salmon was delicious. We got the cheesecake to go and I realize it’s supposed to be browned more than a regular cheesecake, but it tasted burnt and was black.. this is disappointing. We’ve had good meals here, but haven’t been here in a couple years..

Great food. Ambience is energetic. Seating is our only complaint. The half booths by the door are too small for four people to sit comfortably. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The spicy hummus and our entrees (mediterranean chicken and beef short ribs) were excellent. The chocolate cake was disappointingly dry. Should have gotten the crème brûlée instead. Over all great experience

I recommend the butternut squash ravioli! I definitely recommend the paprika, smoked hummus, and the bread pudding is some of the best I ever had! The risotto, with wild mushroom was a little heavy for me, unless you love rice! All their salads are excellent! this is my second visit there. I’ll definitely go back the weight staff is very attentive and great. They were a little busy tonight so I had to be a little bit more patient but I was fine with that.. everybody is friendly! Try it you won’t regret it
