    Waiter Darren helped with meal choices and even suggested an of menu item that blew us away. Every fish we tasted was so fresh and the prep and presentation were perfect. I treated a friend for her birthday as she had never been to Soto and it was an amazing experience for both of us. Specifically- Toro Wrapped Oyster is otherworldly bite of HEAVEN. Kinme Dai Nigiri Kama Toro Nigiri Salmon Over Fire Chili Hamachi Honey Truffel add Hotate Have eaten here several times and have never had a bad bite. Highly recommend.

    I had the most delicious vegetable roll here- the Honey Truffle. 10/10 recommend! We also had the TX Wagyu- not the best cut of meat but still tasty. Service was fantastic and we can’t wait to return!

    Jack and his team always goes above and beyond and my guests and I always walk out pleased and scheduling the next time we’re coming back! The cherry trout was out of this world and I can’t wait to try it again.

    I’ve worked and managed multiple Asian high end food restaurants and consider myself a foodie. The food here is tasty but the portion sizes are tiny. The value just isn’t there. Service was good.

    Best sushi in town! My favorites are the crunchy salmon roll and torched toro roll. Cocktails are unique, beautiful, and tasty. The servers are friendly and chefs are excellent at their craft.
