CRAP service. Charged us $4 per ice tea and then never refilled or brought us sweet and low. Appetizer came at the same time as the food AND the drinks... all which took forever.

The restaurant was clean and cute. The people were very nice. Everything else was ridiculously overpriced for what it was, which was terrible quality food. We paid $4 for Lipton fountain iced tea (not fresh brewed) in a small cup that only got refilled once because our server rarely came by. The pizza was extremely greasy, the risotto was grainy, the chicken fettuccine was rubbery. We will never go back and feel robbed of $100+. I do want to say all the workers were nice and the manager did stop by at the start of our visit. It was also kid friendly as there were a lot of families with worn out kids at the end of the day having some break downs, but the staff kept a smile on their faces.

We were really excited for our visit to this restaurant since we had first gone two years ago… Unfortunately, the food was not as it was before. It makes me believe that the recipe or the quality of the food has greatly declined. The lasagna tasted like canned ravioli. Although the food wasn’t amazing , we did like the fresh bread and calamari. The service was great! upon entry greeted by friendly individuals and our server was very attentive. The vibe/ambiance is actually nice as well. Although service was amazing we will likely not be returning due to paying resort prices for low quality food.

If you are staying at the Kalahari Resort and want a simple tomato pasta dinner, like spaghetti & meatballs with marinara sauce, or stuffed shells, then this is probably a good place to eat. Cannot recommend the fettuccine alfredo or spaghetti carbonara - both had way too much thick cream sauce - the pasta was swimming in it and it didn't taste as good as what you would get at Olive Garden. The large Caesar salad fed four adults (as an appetizer) and it was pretty good, as was the rosemary garlic bread they gave us for "free". As for the pizza, my grandson ordered off of the kids menu. Truly hope that their regular "adult" brick oven pizza tastes better than what the kids get. The staff was nice and friendly, and we didn't wait too long for our meals. Again, if you are staying at Kalahari, its convenient.

We had a great dinner at Sortino’s! We went for my daughter’s 6th birthday and sat outside and got to enjoy the live music. The food was great, well seasoned and priced well considering it is in a resort. The staff came out to sing their birthday song to my daughter and she got ice cream with sprinkles on the house. It was a great end to her day. Alay was our server and he was exceptional!

Our family had a great meal at Sortino's after a day at the indoor and outdoor pools. We started with delicious garlic bread, and the kids enjoyed their pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. My husband liked his chicken parmigana which was a generous portion, and my pasta carbonara was quite good. All the drinks were well made, and our server Seba was attentive and sweet. Recommend!

Ordered the Pasta Mafia. Steak was dry and too salty. Pasta wasn't too bad, but not great. Wine selection was decent.

My family took me out to Sortino’s for Mother’s Day. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was greeted at the hostess stand with a rose and shown to our table. The waiter was attentive, polite and very helpful with helping me decide what to eat. The managers came to check on us a couple of times and the food was delicious. All in all I’d give them a 10 out of 10. We have decided to become regulars here!
