Sōl (soul) St Pete offers a farm-to-table and slow dining experience in a sexy intimate setting with 8 tables inside and 6 outside. We are a hip, intimate, dedicated gluten-free, celiac-safe, organic, and scratch/slow food bistro. Our menu changes seasonally, using the finest gluten-free, seasonal organic produce, pasture-raised and wild-caught proteins, and ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, vendors, and fishermen free from GMOs, soy, peanuts, corn, cow's milk cheese, refined sugars, and seed oils. Atmospheric ambiance for an elevated, casual/fine-dining "Conscious Culinary Experience". Our last seating is at 8:45 pm. You must agree to the terms and conditions to reserve.

A Celiac's dream come true! The entire restaurant is gluten free. Gourmet food in a beautiful environment with Michelin star service and care. Everyone at the restaurant was obviously gluten and vegan knowledgeable and CARED. We traveled from Weeki Wachee 1.5 hours and it was so worth it. My wife not having to worry about cross contamination and relaxing/enjoying was so heart warming. Thank you for a marvelous night, fantastic and imaginative food. We will be back!!

We had booked sol for my birthday dinner while visiting saint pete. I’m typically not one to write a bad review but my friend and I had left sol feeling disrespected. We tried calling to notify we would be 15 min late and checked the website for a late policy and did not find one. Upon our arrival we were told that a table was getting up and it would be a few minutes. We waited patiently. Once seated what followed in the night dining with them was a series of snide comments regarding us being late: before sitting down being brought menus and being told “have our selections ready as us being late through off all the seating times to follow”, when we sat down being told “glad you were able to finally make it”, then from another waiter “now that youve calmed down can we get you something to drink”, then “glad we were able to make it work with your late arrival”. Every interaction with the wait staff came with a comment about us being late. My friend and I typically took the comments without a snarky reply and had apologized on several occasions regarding being late and stating we had tried calling. Finally I had put on the reservation it was my birthday and had told them we were there to celebrate it was off putting to be treated with disrespect and while I know it is not every restaurants policy to offer a birthday dessert they did not and it was an overall unpleasant experience. The food was sub-par at best which may have been tainted by the lack of hospitality shown by the staff and who I believed to be the manager. Overall would reccommend you go elsewhere for dinner.

WOW! Last night was my first time coming to Sōl after a long time of wanting to eat here. Myself and two friends celebrated my birthday and the staff did not disappoint. The service was kind, personable, and accommodating to the food allergies I have. Ron and his team made my birthday experience one to remember. Thank you again for bringing your vision to life and placing your loving energy into Sōl. The food was to die for, and I may or may not be salivating while typing this. Lol. Thank you again; you guys are amazing.

Recently had dinner at Sol with my visiting relatives, one who is vegan. In searching St. Pete restaurants it came up as having vegan options and we all were greatly delighted by the food, atmosphere and attentive service! Our dinners included seafood, meat, and vegan mushroom parmesan, all delicious. Thank you for a memorable evening, we will definitely return!

What an interesting delicious menu. We had a hard time choosing because of all the good things. They have wine available and wine cocktails but no hard liquor yet which is no problem. Service was great. We ate outside, which was lovely

We would give ALL 5s except, we were seated outside and our table was in the sun. Everyone else had an umbrella or shade of some sort. We didn’t complain, just made the best of it. Just a suggestion, find a way to shade the last table on the patio. My husband had the steak special, I had fabulous scallops. We both loved the kale. Beautiful food. Lovely waitress.

Sōl is totally a hidden gem that I am so glad to have discovered! No details are spared in their dining experience. Excellent wine, cocktails, and service. The food is incredible; we had the sea bass, steak, and bruschetta. Large portions, delightful side salads — I wish we had room for dessert! Wonderful service, the team kept us taken care of without interrupting our date at all! I will be returning and recommending Sōl to anyone visiting St Pete

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. I eat gluten-free at home but it’s been hard to find a restaurant that makes really great gluten-free high-end cuisine until now! Definitely coming back highly recommend.

Our first time here and it was a lovely experience. Food was exquisite! They were very conscience of allergies and other sensitivities, but this is no compromise effort. One member of our party had a steak, another a tuna steak, and another a sea bass filet - and all were cooked to perfection. Nice sides and the salads were amazing. Wonderful service and table settings exhibited care & flair. Sat outside and that was great. We'll be back! Would recommend!

The menu is 100% gluten free which is a miracle I’d never witnessed before! The food was amazing and the service as well. The restaurant is small and cozy.

Words cannot describe the heaven that is this restaurant! As a person who must eat gluten free, I never get to eat somewhere that I can eat ANYTHING on the menu. And the menu!!! Wow! I am also allergic to dairy and all the vegan/dairy free options are amazing!! Prices are fine dining. Cute atmosphere and service was top notch!! Book ahead. They fill up reservations and a dining experience can be 2+ hours. And the desserts, wow!!! Vegan cheesecake was amazing

Always the best experience. Sol consistently rates on our top two list of best restaurants in St Pete. We dine regularly at Michelin star rated establishments throughout the US, UK, Spain and the Canary Islands. In our minds, Sol rates a Michelin!

We were a group of 5 and sat outside. We ordered the scallops, tuna steak, specialty salad, burger, and vegan pasta. The food was incredible. Service was great, but felt they could have been a bit more attentive. I’m the only completely gluten free person in our party, and everyone who wasn’t gluten free loved their meal, and the celiac bread bowl just as much. They couldn’t even tell it was gluten free!! Would definitely come back!

We experienced Sol for the first time and it was worth the trip from an hour away. It is extremely difficult to find clean, healthy food that is designed to reduh the food allergy risk factor with most other restaurants. We were impressed, everything was delicious and we plan to return soon.

Tranquil atmosphere, inside and outside. Excellent service. Ron was extremely polite and attentive. Specials were delicious and all other items were prepared perfectly. The lion’s mane mushroom was prepared in a way that exceeded our ecxpectations, different from other local restaurants. I believe this surprise was in large part due to the freshness of the ingredients via the local sources they choose from. Same could be said for the Filet, I appreciated the char, it added a bold flavor to the juicy cut that I would have expected from a Ribeye. It was a perfect dinner. Must try the desserts and Kambucha on tap, it is local and unique much like everything else at the restaurant.

Perfect choice for a business dinner. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. Food came out very quickly. The taste of the food was exquisite and the quality was top notch. I had the tuna and my guest the scallops and pasta. Outside was very quiet - just what I was seeking. Inside might be a little loud if you are looking to speak in a normal voice. Menu is a gluten free paradise including items I have not been able to eat in years like fried green tomatoes. Entre portions were too large to finish. The dessert list was awesome - many items I could not typically find or order in a regular restaurant. The only complaint -- there is only one restroom, and it was tied up for considerable time periods. I ended up going to the brewery next door because I could not wait - the downside of an aging prostate. I will definitely return. Hope to meet the owner next time.

First visit certainly won’t be our last. Located next to 3 daughters brewery so in a now growing part of St Pete. Their menu has classics and innovative vegetarian and vegan options. We sat on the outdoor porch surrounded by lots of plants and comfy seats. Amy our waitress was great with advice and suggestions while being totally cool with our overly active boy. Wife and I went with the prix fixe menu regular and premium. We got to see them showcase the lions mane mushroom in the parmish and the scallops, both excellent. The whole staff was really pleasant and helped each other out. Oh and make sure you get the banana bread!

Truly outstanding. There is nothing quite like this place in Saint Petersburg. The food is excellently prepared, plated beautifully, and powerfully delicious. We enjoyed our experience here from start to finish. The service was top tier and setting was perfect. We will be returning.
