Very loud indoors. Lighting is kind of poor. Very good service.

My husband took me for my birthday dinner. First when we arrived I used the ladies room which was horrific! Paper towels overfilling the trashcan and on the floor. No seat covers or toilet paper to be found anywhere!! Our service was so slow. Our waiter didn’t show up for quite some time. We finally ordered drinks and an appetizer. Those came but no chips. We must have asked 3 times. Dinner came and we kept asking other waiters as they walked by for various items. My husband told them when we arrived that it was my birthday. They didn’t acknowledge it at all. Very disappointing experience.

It was a beautiful setting for the dinner on the harbor. The food was a bit different, but not for the prices we paid for each dish. The service was lacking. It took forever for chips, guacamole, drinks, and the check to be picked up for processing.

This is my second time at sol and the food did not disappoint. My only issue is that at the end of my meal instead of being offered a dessert menu, which I was interested in, I was just handed the check. I felt rushed and was then not going to ask for it because it seemed like we needed to leave. Everything else was great and the food was delicious

All good, until we ordered our drinks and we were not told by our server (nor it said anything in the menu) that there will be extra charges for any kind of substitution. That adds to a lot of money when you order 6 drinks total

Thanks to Sol for hosting or family to celebrate graduation from CDM. The service was stellar for a table of nine and the grands didn’t run out of diet soda. The chile verde was as good as being in New Mexico and all were in the clean plates club. The earthquake during the meal was sublime. Nine thumbs up.

The food was ok. I ordered a beer battered shrimp burrito. The shrimp were fried to a CRISP…so much so that a knife and fork couldn’t cut it. The burrito had great flavor but I was disappointed about the shrimp. Thankfully our server took it back to the kitchen and I was able to order a grilled chicken burrito. Unfortunately, the chicken was not flavorful. I do appreciate that our server tried to fix the situation.

Didn’t expect to be seated in the “dungeon”…no water view; but I assume it was the only place for our party of 15.
