Our dream began in late 2014, long before we became the "Best Mexican Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano". It began inside a 17- foot food truck with the burning desire to change the way guests perceived food truck cuisine to be we have always believed that Mexican food should be MORE! More complex, modern, enjoyable and healthier for our bodies.

The starters were excellent. The entrees stringy and very fatty. The waiters not engaging and distant. Sorry I won’t be back

The food was decent but overpriced. Chips were served with very minimal salsa and the chips were stale. Service could have been better. When asked for less greasy and stale chips there was an attitude and reluctance to replace the chips. My main entree of shrimp fajitas was undercooked and too salty. The Sea Bass was the only dish done well. I will not go back here. Especially since the price point is too much for the food that is being serverd.

I really recommend this place everything is delicious. The service is excellent. Manuel. I think he is the best waiter. Very professional, friendly, always checking that everything is fine. I give him a 10. Thank you.😊

Finally a great Mexican place! Food was tasty, fresh, served hot and not the homogenized Mexican recipes! The margarita flight was unique and I liked every flavor! Service was attentive even right before the big cinco de Mayo holiday!
