We celebrated Mother’s Day at SOB Steakhouse and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set a perfect tone for a special evening. The food was outstanding—each dish was cooked to perfection, with the flavors and presentation exceeding our expectations. A special shoutout goes to our server, Brennan, whose attentiveness and professionalism made our dinner even more enjoyable. Brennan’s recommendations were spot on, and his attentive service ensured that our evening was flawless. Thank you, SOB Steakhouse, for making this Mother’s Day memorable.

A little pricey. But, no complaints. We would really like to see the huge make your own sundae thing come back; it was one of our favorite items.

We went for our first time on Mother's Day for something special. It certainly was special. We were all speachless after our first bite of food. Service was amazing and made all of us feel like special guests. We will certainly return.

This place is phenomenal! We both ordered the 8oz filet, shared whipped potatoes and mushrooms for our sides, we also had the deviled eggs and I don’t even have the words to describe how delicious this meal was!! It was a symphony of flavor. Definitely going back and our server Hannah was beyond awesome. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin? Parking is a nightmare. You are forced to pay valet. The restaurant was so loud my husband and I could barely hear each other talk and we were sitting directly across from each other. We could not hear our server and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. I have about 1/4 of my ribeye and a bite or two the my mashed potatoes. Our server took my food to the back to box it to go. Once I got home I realized she gave me someone else’s food! Talk about unsanitary, disgusting, and disappointing. A waste of $211.86 before tip (tap water to drink, shared salad, crab cakes appetizer, shared mashed potatoes, New York strip and ribeye.) When spending that type of money on one meal for two people you expect top notch service and exceptional food, SOB did not deliver. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

Food is overpriced for the quality. I realize it's a steak house, but for those who don't eat steak the fish options are limited and the snapper was overcooked.

The steaks in our opinion weren’t as good as we hoped for. (Cowboy ribeye and ny strip) The butter sauce on the side was good, so if you like a steak with a sauce or toppings (they have a lot to choose from) you may love it. We prefer steaks seasoned and flavorful plain. The service was great and so was the environment. The sides were good! The Mac and cheese pancake was my favorite, the crab cakes were delicious, and the Brussels sprouts were also good.

Food was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. Dessert (a variation on bananas foster) was prepared table side for a bit of a fun show. Bartender crafted some off-menu drinks as well based on our preferences that were fantastic.

Nice server but poor experience with food. Apps came before drinks. Didn't find them to be notable. Main entrees were not delivered for everyone at the same time. For the money would suggest Jags steakhouse instead. Manager not visable until end of meal. Felt creepy and lingered too long. Won't go back.

Demi was an amazing young lady! She was on top of her game all evening long. We were very taken care of for our 25th Anniversary. Food was amazing. Best experience we've had!

Fantastic dining experience. Our server, Asa, was knowledgeable and attentive. She made excellent recommendations and I really appreciated her help. The steaks were tremendous; my son is still talking about his. Deviled egg appetizer was just okay once you get past the gold foil novelty. Wines were very good. We started with an aperol sour made with bourbon and it was the best cocktail I have ever had. Christophe was the manager/maitre d and he made sure everything was smooth. It is pricey which is why I gave a four star rating for value, but it was worth it. For a special occasion, it would be the best place within fifty miles easily. I will return.

The steak was over cooked again. Second time we've been there. The bourbon prices are outrageous. 55 dollars for a EHTaylor small batch. The whole bottle cost that. Very disappointing, not sure well be back.

Sarah was our waitress tonight. She was excellent. It was our first time there, she made a much needed night out incredibly enjoyable. She went beyond what was expected of her. Sarah, you are such a kind and genuine human ❤️

The hot lobster sandwich was no longer on the menus and this was my second visit and that’s why I was returning was very excited for it ..I then selected your fish and it was ok in comparison

Went to SOB for the first time for restaurant week. All of the food was delicious. Service was very good as well. With the menu prices being much higher than what we would typically spend for a nice dinner, it's hard for us to justify visiting without some sort of special (such as restaurant week). Good food for someone willing to splurge big!

The service is excellent and the food is mostly good. The desserts are excellent but both times I have been there, the steak is tough and has some gristle. For the price, that seems unacceptable. Everything else is wonderful so next time I will order something besides steak.

Overall I was a little underwhelmed. Service & ambience were great. I had high expectations for the food & the flavors didn't do it for me. I believe it's because we chose to visit during Restaurant Week & they were probably overwhelmed over the weekend, but I was not impressed by the flavor, or lack thereof. The presentation was great. Everything looked great, it just lacked robust flavors which I was expecting. I had the Ceasar Salad, Sourdough & Butter, Peppercorn Filet special with Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus & Dessert. Again, I'm sure their staple meal is fabulous and I'm regretful I didn't try something different versus ordering from the Restaurant Week menu. Our service was wonderful, but a bit slow. We were there almost 3 hours total.

Everything about this experience was top notch! I have been to SOB several times and dined with a friend last night for their first time during restaurant week. The restaurant week menu was a great deal and very well rounded with the options they gave for the 3 courses. Due to it being restaurant week tmot felt slightly busier than normal, but the staff did not miss a beat. Our waitress Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was super attentive, quick, and accommodating. Jenelle the manager came around checking in the tables and she was so friendly and personable, we ended up have a few conversations and leaving with her card. The food and quality was amazing. I ordered the chopped salad, 6oz filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus and the pistachio candy bar (perfection). My steak initially came out cooked at a higher temp than requested and in less than 5 min Sarah had corrected the issue and I had the next ready plate. Our food, service and overall experience was excellent!

This was easily the best restaurant experience I have ever had. My wife and I went to SOB for our anniversary last night, and everything about this place was incredible. Our server, Christine, was an absolute GEM of a person. Super attentive, extremely personable, funny, and made our experience even better. She made sure that we were taken care of, gave us updates on our food, and made us feel super special. We would legitimately go back just for her but, the food was also incredible! I didn’t realize it was restaurant week when I made the reservation, but we still went with the restaurant week menu and everything was amazing. The sourdough bread with the garlic butter candle was insane (in the best way possible), the steaks were cooked perfectly and literally melted in your mouth, the desserts were to die for, oh and the Smoke Show was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted, I wanted about 7 but i had to be responsible and drive. I cannot wait to go back again and again.

We didn't have the greatest initial experience but they reacted in a very appropriate and deliberate manner and made it right. They also let me keep the overcooked steaks which are now diced and in the freezer for some future omelets. The atmosphere is reason alone to visit this place. Very cool environment and artwork. The service was on point. When the mistake was made, they worked diligently to correct and brought a fresh steak to my wife and I within a reasonable time. We both felt valued by not only the server but the front of the house manager. If I lived closer, I'd definitely have no problems coming back and giving it another go. They handled themselves in an extremely professional and attentive manner. So much so my wife and I left a $95 tip on the final $145 bill.

Ambience was fun and sides were good. Our steaks were not cooked as requested though: my daughter and I both ordered Filets and requested medium. Hers came out rare and mine was very well done-deeply charred on both sides and not even a little pink anywhere. Expected perfectly cooked steaks for the price. Nobody asked if they were cooked as expected. And no, we didn’t send them back as that just casts a cloud over the evening, and I wanted the focus to be on enjoying time with family. Much better steak elsewhere.

Steak came out bleeding when I asked for medium well. They fixed the problem and the steak turned out great. We didn't care for the sides or the decorations. Jeff Ruby prices without the Jeff Ruby taste and atmosphere. Would not return.
