This is the 2nd time I've been here. The first time we sat at the bar. Mother's Day we sat outside. When first arrived, no one greeted up with menus and water. After 10 minutes it took me asking someone to send our server over to get someone's attention. The drinks came out slow and my water was ignored many times by the server. She was pleasant and tried her best. The service picked up towards the end, so it made be experience more pleasurable. The food was delicious. Next time I think I will be sitting at the bar.

We went to Snap Thai Fish House for Mother's Day. We had a great time. The ambiance is excellent. It is a very nice looking restaurant. Also, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I loved the nice Mother's Day touch they had where they gave all mothers a sash and tiara. We will definitely be going back for a date night.

Had an amazing date day. The red snapper was amazing and my girl had shrimp and scallops that she thought was some of the best. Our waitress was on point with her recommendations.

It was my first time as i try to find restaurants for my salesteam building consideration/cocktail hour or similar. I felt the cocktails were pricier and the food portions are smaller but also pricey. The ambiance, decor and excellent service is definitely a plus.

I really wanted to like this place, as it has a cool concept. But it serves up average / bland Thai seafood food at premium prices. The Som Tom (Papaya Salad) was the worst I have ever had. I think they either used lime juice concentrate or very old limes / juice. It was gross. Calamari app was solid but nothing special. I had the grouper with green curry for my main which was good, but was not anything special. Cocktails were pretty and tasted fine but very expensive.

Really fresh fish well prepared. The “seasonal vegetable” wasn’t that seasonal and definitely not Thai. The sauces are good but the portions needed more generous saucing. Rice should not be an extra cost.

The ambience was really nice. However, I ordered the tier 1 tower, the lobster subpar and extremely tough to chew. The shrimp as well as the lobster lacked any flavor as if they boiled it and placed it on the tower to serve. The oysters I received from the tower was significantly smaller than the oysters I received in ordered separately with their preferred scotch of the evening. The lobster fried rice was actually really good. The lobster tail I received with that dish indeed, was significantly larger. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the tower .

Went on a Friday for a special event to kick off the patio for spring. There tequila tastings and a DJ. Was a nice event. Enjoy this place a lot.

Excellent meal, Fresh inventive cocktails, Incredible Thai cuisine, and top notch service. Our table had the specials - seafood platter, Red Snapper, king Crab Cake fried rice, and dark chocolate mousse. All were amazing and I only wish I could have tried everything on the menu. Would recommend.

Beautifully decorated restaurant- ambiance is top tier. And that’s where it stops. The waitress was “cold”, my first drink was half-filled for $17, my rice mushy, and my king crab cake was far from fresh. The lobster was perfectly prepared though. I was not inclined to spend more on dessert which would probably be as lackluster as my meal. Wondering how long this place will remain open with such mediocre food.

This was my first time at this restaurant as I found on opentable. I was looking to try something new in buckhead beyond my favorites. The short rib was amazing! I am glad the waiter suggested that I substitute the jasmine rice for the noodles. My drink Was great too as well. It was the equivalent of rum Punch.

We went here for a girls dinner and it was perfect. Our server Nick, was absolutely amazing and we definitely be back. Great drinks! Try the espresso martini and aperol spritz with Moet.

The food was amazing. I loved the green curry. This is my 2nd time to snap Thai and the service is not on par. It was a Saturday night and I understand our server may have been stressed but we did NOT like her attitude. If you do not want to be at work please GO HOME. She seemed annoyed to have to tell us about the specials and she did not sell us properly on the champagne and crab special. We would have spent more but the attitude was trash. The last time I came to the restaurant for my birthday they didn’t bring out dessert or even offer it. Please work on service! The food and ambiance are lovely, but your servers are NOT

This experience left much to be desired! We were not able to sit at the time of our reservation, and were overlooked for our seating because they accommodated an angry customer who came in long after us. We were seated over 30 minutes after our reservation. The food was very underwhelming subpar. Unfortunately, I’ve had much better at a walk in Thai restaurant. Our waiter wasn’t exactly polite. I could tell she was stretched from how busy the night was, but she did not try to hide it. The only highlight was the lychee cocktail. I don’t think I would dine here again.

Great experience especially for events, loved my pear martini the bartender created for me, it was so yummy! Please add to the menu :) the birthday girl was especially pleased with the ambiance and the food. This is my second time trying Snap Thai (My first time being my birthday) and I will definitely be back!

The food and drinks are really good but overpriced. My Valentines meal was 350 dollars with the added gratuity . They have a mandatory 20%gratuity policy, which is something I disapprove of especially for a table of two! I was going to tip 30$ I should not be forced to tip 50$ for average service.The ambience could be a lot better for the price they charging. It was basic decor and the setting was not intimate at all. The service was ok. Waiters are attentive. The food was the highlight. Everything tasted great. I had the lobster fried rice, clam chowder which had some type of wine in it that elevated the flavor.The appetizers consist of an octopus shooter, some type of crab wonton, and a salad that was tasty and the trio was wonderfully diverse. Dessert was average, a deconstructed cheesecake. Wine pairing with my meal was good, but for the price I paid, I should’ve got a better pour. In conclusion, the food was great but overpriced. (Mandatory 20% for 2 people is absurd)The service was average and the ambience is average as well. The value in my opinion is not there, so I probably would not return even though I enjoyed the food because there’s other options in the city that I can eat just as good at a better price point. if I want to spend that type of money I would prefer to go somewhere like Marcel, Bacchanalia,Bones, Canoe, The Oceanaire,ect…. I can name 10 restaurants that I could have gone to and spent that type of money with no regrets. Snap Thai you are not in the class of restaurant that your prices reflect. The food is almost there but the ambience, the service, and the experience needs to be elevated if you expect to be in that fine dining category. I’m a first time customer that feels cheated out of a memorable Valentines dinner with my Fiancé. I should not feel like I made the wrong choice. Thank you.

We had previously visited the restaurant and were very happy to celebrate Valentine's Day at Snap Thai. First off the restaurant staff is always welcoming and professional. Our waitress provided us with outstanding service and was spot on with her recommendations. From the appetizer to the desert the food was outstanding. The presentation of each dish was outstanding. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my girlfriend had the Lobster Fried Rice. Both dishes left us full but wanting more. The wait staff was also outstanding and explained every dish. We have made it one of our favorites.

Attended on Valentine's Day and the place was packed, but service was prompt, every item on the Vaentine Special was well prepared and plating was exquisite. I'd highly recommend this place. I've been there 3 times, each time was great.
