We think these steaks are so distinctive and delicious that we were inspired to create a new kind of steakhouse. A steak, after all, is the culinary expression of our most primal instincts. yet the experience of going out for a great steak has become steeped in extravagance and excess.

Smoque Steak eschews these conventional steakhouse values of excess and opulence, and instead focuses on excellence, hospitality, accessibility, value, and convenience. Our core premises—that a steakhouse need not be grandiose to be special, pretentious to be unique, or exorbitant to be great—have informed every decision and detail, from the steak itself to the casual atmosphere and carefully orchestrated hospitality.

Join us for a family style Father's Day Pitmaster brunch! $55 for adults and $35 for kids under 12 First Course: “Eggs & Bacon”- Slagel Farms Deviled Eggs & Double smoked Duroc Bacon two ways: candied and chocolate dipped. Roaming Course: Whole Hog Sliders- Whole smoked hog, served chopped on Martins Potato Rolls, mopped with tangy tomato vinegar sauce topped Dill pickle slaw. Main Course Family Style: Texas smoked prime rib, hot smoked & flame seared salmon with cherry bourbon glaze, mojo pork spare ribs. Sides: Collard & Turnip Greens with house bacon ends. Dijonnaise Dill Potato salad. Fried Green Tomatoes. Buttermilk Biscuits & Pimento Cheese. Final Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble with orange infused yogurt chantilly cream

I expected the steaks to be great - and they were - but the vegetables were excellent! Our waiter was very accommodating and gracious. We thought he did a really great job.

What a wonderful anniversary party! Food was delicious, plentiful and creative. A unique opportunity to try many of their regular and some new menu items. Delightful live jazz music. Service exceptional as always! All six people in our group thoroughly enjoyed this event. Will definitely be back there soon.

Mother's Day for dinner was the first time my family and I tried Smoque Steak. The bone marrow, prime rib special, spicy shrimp pasta and hangar steak were delicious and perfectly prepared. We enjoyed the Summer Smash and Smoqued Pineapple cocktails. The bananas foster was the perfect ending to it all. We will definitely come back and try their happy hour offerings. Cat, our server was very attentive and all her recommendations were spot on!

This was my third time here. Each time, the food is better than the last. Very good menu and excellent steak quality. My only complaint is the ambiance of the restaurant. The kitchen is up front and chaotic to walk past to your table. And the tables are too close together so it always seems like you are on top of other diners. I think the hard floor just doesn’t give off a comfort or warmness to the experience. Food great…but the actual layout of the restaurant needs some work.

The restaurant is very modern and nicely decorated. Not loud or overbearing whatsoever. Having a drink at the wine bar before our reservation was enjoyable as well. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the crab cake for an appetizer, NY strip and filet for entrees, Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Ever bite was so tasty!!!

Hole cloves of garlic caught me off guard in the loaded mashed potatoes the ribeye a little fattier than expected. Cocktails were good

Our first visit. We went for early Mother's Day dinner with our sone and daughter-in-law. Going back again when our other son and his girlfriend visits us thsi summer from out of town.

The restaurant was lovely. The service was good. There are many steak options with awesome sides . The neighborhood needed a good restaurant with upscale options.
