Smoque Steak eschews these conventional steakhouse values of excess and opulence, and instead focuses on excellence, hospitality, accessibility, value, and convenience. Our core premises—that a steakhouse need not be grandiose to be special, pretentious to be unique, or exorbitant to be great—have informed every decision and detail, from the steak itself to the casual atmosphere and carefully orchestrated hospitality.

Join us for a family style Father's Day Pitmaster brunch! $55 for adults and $35 for kids under 12 First Course: “Eggs & Bacon”- Slagel Farms Deviled Eggs & Double smoked Duroc Bacon two ways: candied and chocolate dipped. Roaming Course: Whole Hog Sliders- Whole smoked hog, served chopped on Martins Potato Rolls, mopped with tangy tomato vinegar sauce topped Dill pickle slaw. Main Course Family Style: Texas smoked prime rib, hot smoked & flame seared salmon with cherry bourbon glaze, mojo pork spare ribs. Sides: Collard & Turnip Greens with house bacon ends. Dijonnaise Dill Potato salad. Fried Green Tomatoes. Buttermilk Biscuits & Pimento Cheese. Final Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble with orange infused yogurt chantilly cream

There are no other steaks like those at Smoque Steak because of their cooking method that results in a perfectly-cooked smoky steak. I was surprised how much I liked it compared to regular steaks, and it made the hangar steak taste like a more expensive cut. We shared our dishes so we could taste more items. The ribeye was a favorite, but that’s more personal taste. All of the other dishes, including the sides, have a special touch to them. Some favorites for me were the lobster bisque and the pot de crème for dessert. I also thought the cocktails were better than the usual—try the vieux carre. The atmosphere is casual, but with a more modern, upscale vibe. Think interesting lighting instead of white tablecloths. It’s the kind of place you could go on a weekday and not break the bank. I would even go just for a cocktail at the bar in the front.

The quality of food is excellent, 5 ⭐️, the quality of meat is cut above. The plate presentation is appealing. The price is reasonable. Our server seems unsure of herself. She’s very soft spoken, we barely hear what she’s telling us. Her personality did not add anything to our dining experience.

I’ve been here a few times but never tried the filet before. OMG, it was so tender and delicious! I may not go back to anything else. My husband had the pork chop, which was more of a pork “loaf” as it was probably 2” tall, 2.5” wide and 3 or so inches long. Also super tender and not dry like most pork chops. Carrots and au gratin potatoes were on point as always. My friend who hadn’t been there for dinner before, said the bananas foster was the best dessert he ever had. I’m not a fan of bananas so I’ll just trust him on this one.

The food was incredibly good at Smoque Steak! The service was also top-notch, and I definitely see myself returning in the future to try other things on the menu!

The meat is sous vide which makes it very tender but a little bland.

Great restaurant, food and ambiance was wonderful. Nice selection of drinks, beer and wine. Looking forward to going and spending some time at the wine bar with small bites
