Went in for lunch and received some of the best service I’ve had in awhile. Our server llana was very knowledgeable of everything on the menu and broke down the different types of steak they have. We did a full course meal and everything came out to perfection. I went with the wagyu porterhouse and it was one of the best cuts of meat I’ve ever eaten. Drinks were also amazing and tasteful. All the staff from food runners, servers, are very kind and always on the ball. I would definitely recommend S&W Weather it be for a simple lunch or full course steak dinner.

The food was excellent but the service was slow and at nearly $200 per person, this was not a great value. Of course steak houses are expensive but this was probably 50% more than average. To add insult to injury, we were cruelly placed next to a table with young children who were using iPad-like devices to play really loud kiddie songs and shows. They were a very nice family, parents get a little oblivious to the chaos their children create… been there myself… so I don’t blame them, but I do blame the restaurant for not isolating them. Again, for the price, less than the ideal experience.

Renata is a gem. When I saw she would be our server, I knew it would be a great experience. The steaks were delicious. Mine was a little under, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and saw no reason to mention it. That will actually make the leftover portion even better! Our meal definitely lived up to my expectations.

Overall it was a good experience. Our server was outstanding but due to a couple of large parties, our service was prolonged. The food was delicious and desserts were outrageously large and yummy!!

Always a great experience. Our server, Ilana, was charming, informative and attentive (but not too much). She made great recommendations for wine, apps and dessert. She made sure everyone’s steaks were perfect. Ask for Ilana. You get a great performance.

Let me begin by saying that I work in finance and thus attend many work lunch meetings. Emphasis on many. A great restaurant has to have great food, and in my opinion, the service is equally important. Smith and Wollensky in Burlingfon hit both notes…perfectly. Ilana did an amazing job. Friendly, knowledgable, and professional. From the moment we sat down until we were walking out, she was outstanding. The food was fantastic as well. Everything was cooked just as ordered. I came home and made another reservation to take more friends as soon as I left. Much appreciation to them for making a birthday lunch just wonderful. Highly recommended!

I went there on a quiet Tuesday evening with my wife. We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, and I must say, we were treated amazingly well by all the staff! The host greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary, and when we sat down in our cozy booth we had a nice card waiting for us. But the biggest kudos go to our server and bartender Sarah. She really took care of us, with great service and even better drinks! She even surprised us with a delicious treat and two glasses of bubbly. The meal was great, and when dessert came out we again got a nice "happy anniversary" treat. It was a memorable and enjoyable night out, and I can't thank everyone there enough, from the servers to the kitchen staff, who were fantastic. And the steaks? Awesome.

As usual, excellent food and the gigantic chocolate cake is a stunner. Best chocolate cake ever! Noise was a bit too much for us because we were celebrating and wanted to hear each other, but it was Saturday night and very busy so we adjusted. I had the rolled chicken and found it over done. Not the best choice I guess. Last time I ate at Smith & Wollensky I ordered the filet minion which was fantastic. The sides are not to be missed. Every one of us enjoyed themselves. I’ll be back!!!

From start to finish it was the experience we looked for when wanting to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. From our server, Tam to the management staff A++. We sat upstairs and it was so wonderful, can't wait for that upstairs patio to get some good weather.

Were informed some items on menu were not available. How a Steakhouse of this caliber can run out of porterhouse is beyond me. Service was slow and inattentive. Ordered steak for table and it was warm, not hot as you would expect. Overall poor execution for a steak house in this price range.

The food was average to below average for a steakhouse in that price range. The noise was way over the top, making it difficult to hear. The bar crowd noise level overwhelmed the entire restaurant and made it feel like a sports bar. Our server was very attentive and polite , but the food was a B minus at best.

We went to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday ! Everything was great - except for having to send my steak back to get re cooked . I would recommend.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Greek salad with salmon was delicious, and done to perfection. My husband had the coffee and cocoa burger and enjoyed it thoroughly. The Angry shrimp appetizer was excellent, and the Coconut cream cake outstanding. I highly recommend

Fantastic. Joseph was a great bartender and very attentive. Steve, the manager, stopped by a couple times to ensure of our experience. An overall wonderful experience.

Ok for a casual dinner with minimal expectations. But if you want higher end go elsewhere. Food was good but staff not very friendly. Felt rushed even though we sat down at 7:30pm. Staff started clearing all of the tables and removing table clothes next to us at 9pm which felt un professional while others were still eating. SW corporate should really try to get more involved here and set new procedures/ training initiatives.

It was exactly what one would expect from a high-end restaurant. Food was outstanding. Staff was amazing. Our server, Jack, was awesome. We will definitely return!

Our first time to this S & W, we found the renovation from the prior restaurant located there to be in good taste. The seating was spacious and comfortable, with enough distance between tables to provide great atmosphere for a special dining experience, with ability to enjoy good table conversation. Our server was excellent, attentive and conversant, but not intrusive. My husband said his steak was an A, prepared perfectly. He enjoyed his whipped potatoes. I had the sea bass which was very good, and I enjoyed the remainder for lunch today. The bar has lots of natural lot and the patio will be open in the warmer weather. Although this is a classic steak house, we did not find it to be “stuffy.” We found this restaurant to be a great addition to the Burlington restaurant scene. Excellent quality and well prepared food.

Exactly what I expected from this classic steakhouse. I loved the choice of non-alcoholic cocktails, but if you drink the wine list is impressive. Our meal was spectacular from beginning to end and the service was impeccable. We did the wagyu filets are they were delicious. The warm skillet chocolate chip cookie was decadent. Outstanding experience, thank you.
