A steakhouse that didn’t have any steak to serve when we arrived. Not kidding! After a busy Mother’s Day they ran out of food for our 7:30 pm reservation. I’m PPX loyalty member and have never seen this. We may give it another shot to see if they have any steak next time. This was a big miss.

Waitress was fine. Person who delivered food places multiples dishes incorrrectly. Forgot chicken in a salad. When returned with it the diner asked to have the chicken on side plate. Deliverer of food dumped chicken on top of the salad in front of the diner at the table.

Top quality food, and ingredients. The tenderloin sandwich with cheese and bacon jam is delicious. Prompt warm friendly service, especially Luis. On the patio you can sit in the sun or under the awning and umbrella tables.

Food was great, atmosphere was lacking and very loud, service was not great either. Online and when booking it stated gluten free options were available but there was not many options, no gf bread and no desserts except ice cream

Great place and wonderful waiter (Jonathan). Really wanted to give a 5 star rating, but for an establishment of this caliber silverware setting should not have been missing upon being seated. Also, not once was water refilled or asked by those serving water if a refill was required which was very disappointing.

Pretty much what you'd expect from an upscale steakhouse: - attentive service, with coat/bag check - tables and booths; in particular, 90-degree booths perfect for a date - overpriced steak :) The coconut cake was delicious, as were the mushrooms. $19 cocktails, ~$100 for a 9oz Wagyu steak.

Food is expensive but not good. The meat was fatty and not cooked correctly. The tuna tartar is so spicy and full of cucumber. Who makes spicy tuna tartar without even warning that it is so spicy? I'm surprised this restaurant has the name that it does.

Exceptional service was provided by our server, Claudia Fernandez. Claudia demonstrated kindness, personability, and exceptional attention to detail in catering to our meal. She ensured that our food and beverages were served promptly and coordinated flawlessly, making my wife's and my anniversary a truly memorable evening. The food was flavorful and impeccably prepared, complementing Claudia's exceptional customer service and making a return visit to Smith & Wollensky Boston - Atlantic well worth it.

Probably won’t be back despite tomahawk being delicious yet we got it for 4 hence shared and two of my pieces had all fat. Wedge was HORRIBLE…no blue cheese and too few pieces of bacon. Shrimp was limp!!! Check out Row34 shrimp and consider taking a chapter out of that offering. Lastly, service guy was just OK. Average at best. seemed visibly put off when trying to get his attention on a couple of occasions. Again. Not likely to return. 1k for 4 didn’t blow us away.

The food was not hot! Giving out Luke warm food for those prices is crazy! Maybe my expectations were too high!!! But it wasn’t it. The food didn’t leave a lasting impression and I hate that. I flew here just to eat and it was mediocre. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Here to celebrate my 70th birthday with my sons. Outstanding steakhouse, great variety of options and cocktails, etc. Service, ambience and view was amazing!

I would have given a higher grade for service except after spending $400 on dinner for two people and sitting at our table from 5:30-7:30, our server asked us to leave because he said people were waiting to be seated. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! We walked to the front of the restaurant there were no people waiting. Next, we used the restroom and then spoke with the manager to register our complaint. At least 10 minutes past and then walked back into the restaurant past our EMPTY reset table to exit through the rear door. They did not need the table!!! I am furious that we were treated so poorly by a RUDE sever.
