Located on the top floor of the Main Stand at Edinburgh's iconic Tynecastle Park Stadium.

Sit back and relax as our team proudly present a celebration of seasonal ingredients and flavours in our recently renovated premises. From starters to desserts, every dish has been carefully crafted to showcase excellent local produce.

We’re a family-friendly restaurant with children’s menus available.

Since opening in 2020, we’ve become a favourite to locals and visitors alike - recently claiming a place in OpenTable's UK Top 100 Restaurants for 2023 and winning Best Restaurant in the 2023 Radio Forth Awards.

Our Table d'hôte dinner menu is available seven days a week and for lunch Friday to Sunday. Monday to Thursday we offer a light à-la carte lunch menu. Booking is essential.

First time at the Skyline Restaurant, which was recommended by a friend who had been to Hearts hospitality here. We went on a Thursday evening, so it wasn’t busy, hence less on the ambience but the food was very good and the staff serving us were excellent.

The location is easy to reach by public transport; the reception on arrival was good and the restaurant staff welcomed us and showed us to our pre-booked table, we complemented the Chef on a varied and comprehensive menu. The food was served quickly, hot and excellent. The drinks were served promptly and also excellent. We enjoyed a superb evening? particularly as it was an anniversary. The waitress was courteous, friendly and efficient. Well done to everyone.

We booked a package in the hotel that included dinner. It was beautiful. Couldn't fault the food. Atmosphere was great and all of the members of staff were very friendly and great at their job. Would highly recommend!

First time we have been back at the Skyline since the restaurant had a makeover. Very nice indeed. Food was the usual high standard and beautifully presented. Service good without being over the top.
