SKYE Avenue Lounge is a restaurant concept bringing together a thoughtful amalgamation of an expressive culinary journey, artisanal approach and progressive spirits & wine choices, served with a warm, immaculate service within an artistically curated ambience. We bring to you an experience that treats you to luxury and comfort from the moment you arrive and throughout your dining stay. We trust that stepping into our restaurant should feel just like stepping into the home of your best friend. Our menus include a focus on curative Canadian cuisine with hints of European and Asian influence.

SKYE as a destination takes its inspiration from “Isle of Skye” (in Scotland) for people who want to be idyllically transported to indulge in unique and memorable hospitality. We went here at 6 o’clock for dinner with friends on Friday. There were four of us in our group. We all really enjoyed everything that we ordered. They make a in-house vegan cheese for an appetizer with tomatoes and bread. That is amazing even if you’re not vegan you must try it. The bottles of wine were half priced last night, which was a nice surprise. Normally I would just have 1 glass, but you can take the bottle with you these days so it’s worth it. It was our first time trying this place and we’re very pleased with every aspect of our experience. There is an outdoor patio area, which would be really nice to sit in the summer especially during happy hour. It is very close to SFU Surrey on the ground level. You can actually park right beside Walmart close to the restaurant for free and it’s a very short walk from there up the stairs. Our waitress was super helpful and friendly, and checked on us quite often. I really appreciate all the little extra things she did to make our first visit special and memorable. The bar looks really cool with all of the bottles like a showcase. There’s a few TVs for sports watching too. This restaurant has a little something for everyone, but it’s not cheap. However you do get what you pay for, the portions are not small. I felt we got great value and what we ordered was gourmet. I had the salmon sushi, which was amazing and enough for a meal since we had a few appies. The truffle fries are awesome very garlicky. For burgers, they make their own in-house ground beef too so can cook to your preference which is rare for a restaurant these days. 2 people in our party had the burgers and they really enjoyed them. My friend loved the Brussels sprouts. They are a side but can get for an appetizer. Desserts are amazing. The chocolate with raspberry gelato and it wasn’t too big of a portion just enough to share for a nice sweet treat after dinner

Great food and the servers were attentive without being intrusive. We were allowed to take out time with our meal and not feel rushed. Prices were quite reasonable.

My husband and I went to Skye Avenue for our Anniversary. We were amazed at the exemplary quality of service, ambiance, and food. Their starter bread is the best we have ever had. Their Chef’s burger combines luxury with simplicity. Their chicken lettuce wraps are delicious. We were very happy that we chose to visit Skye Avenue for our special day. It is highly recommended to all.

Tried this place for the first time and it was a solid meh. Service was alright and definitely on the more expensive side, even for lunch. Ordered buffalo hot wings which were not spicy at all and when the order came there were only 7 wings for almost $20. I also ordered the chicken sandwich with after adding one piece of bacon was $30 and it wasn’t anything special. I might try this place for dinner but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Overall, good not great. Ordered a cocktail "mezcal margarita" not from menu, got a bill of $28.5, without notice. Most cocktails are good and in reasonable price range. Pizza is amazing, ceviche was too sour... it's a bit louder with younger spirit vibe.

We were looking for a new place for girls night . Skye Avenue was fantastic, the food was excellent and drinks were great. This restaurant is a must for anyone looking for a nice dinner or happy hr .

Skye Avenue Kitchen and Lounge offered an exceptional dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our meals arrived promptly, and each dish was exquisite. The atmosphere added to the enjoyment, creating a fantastic dining ambiance. Additionally, the drinks were expertly crafted and complemented the meal perfectly. Highly recommend!

Our waitress Michelle was excellent. Very friendly and outgoing.. attention to detail and always followed up with us. Made our visit welcome.

Our work lunch at Skye was good except for when the music randomly got super loud and was kept at a high level. It was a Monday lunchtime so not sure why the music had to be so loud.... we asked the server if the music could be turned down a bit and she did it several minutes later. It was very challenging to hear one another talk. I would not normally complain about noise in a lounge if it was during happy hour/evening/late night, but 1-2pm on a Monday was a bit much.
