When we got there, the hostess was completely overwhelmed and said they couldn’t seat us because they only had 2 servers (despite the fact that we had a reservation). We spoke to someone else and did get seated. Food was just ok. Our server was very nice, but did make a few mistakes with our order. This place has no business having a $20 pp cancellation fee - it’s a hotel bar. We won’t be back.

The service was absolutely horrible. We waited 45 minutes just to get drinks and the waiter only came with two of 6 drinks that were ordered. It was 1 hr and 10 minutes that one of our friends got her first drink. Waiter apologized but kept blaming it on the bar tender- even though he brought us the wrong food and one incorrect drink choice. It’s seems this place is always short-staffed and overwhelmed. The band that was hired didn’t play any Irish music until the last hour of the proposed “Irish music set” that was for three hours. During football season the bar was well organized because of two strong bar tenders. I didn’t see them last night but hope they are still employed. I hope Skyboxx gets it together, I won’t be coming here much moving forward or at least for any major holiday celebrations.

The food was excellent and the servers were extremely helpful and prompt. The highlight was the fantastic band playing a wonderful assortment of music from blues to pop and rock and roll. My only suggestion would be to devote more space for folks who want to enjoy the music

Really terrible food, I’ve never had undercooked Nachos and Calamari before. Steak tips were cold and unseasoned and my buddy had to put salt on his burger. Just awful experience overall.

The food was fine, typical bar food but very tasty. The service was really great, very friendly and attentive. However, there was a live band that way too loud and we sat as far as you could from the stage. Once they started, we could not hear each other at all and hat to leave.

Ordered a salad and it took forever to arrive. When it finally came, it was either the wrong one or just plain missing many of the ingredients. In the end, it was a $23 bowl of greens, some chopped cabbage and carrots and two chicken strips. The service was super nice but the lack of taste and terrible value of the food means I’d never return.

We found it to be very dark and hard to see the menu. Unfortunately, a member of our party found a blond hair in his water. We told the waitress who was new, and she apologized. I wasn't a fan of the cheese steak with beef chunks.... the flavor of peppers and onions and beef was not there. I was disappointed over all because I've ordered take out twice before and absolutely LOVED the hamburger and truffle fries. The takeot burger was the best I've had, honestly. I would order that again.

Limited choice of entrees so I ordered two appetizers: the fish tacos and the chicken lettuce wraps. Both were excellent. The bartender mixes a great Old Fashioned. The service was friendly and competent. It always surprises us how much we enjoy our dinners here because we are not sports bar people. They do a nice job.

Husband and I came here for dinner before a movie last night and it did not disappoint! Live music, great vibes, good (strong) drinks and even better food. Great value. Will likely be back again, 10/10 recommend! Note: with the live music and all it is a louder joint but you can easily talk to the person next to or across from you.

Staff very helpful and very accommodating. Had the 109- ribeye -and it was delicious. Cooked exactly the way I like it. And the peas were delectable. The band was very good and the hostess was so great in getting us a table so we could be near them

Nice surroundings, excellent service. The food was just "ok;" it could have been hotter (temperature-wise) as well. Great, friendly service!

Kind of strange for a place so busy to close at 10pm on a Saturday night…drinks were ok, food was good just a little on the pricey side and small portions.

Had 10 of my friends there for my birthday. Ivan our host was awesome! All my friends had fun and ivan made sure I was all set all night. The band was The Cool cats They were cool. Great music good time. They sang happy birthday to me and even used my name in a song they were singing. Can't wait to go back.

Wrong meal was brought out. Friend ordered steak and it looked like a nuked piece of average steak bought at a supermarket. Manager was great and handled the bill well.
