Food sequencing was terrible. Not our server’s fault. Totally the kitchen. Waited a very long time for the oysters to get to us. The main course Pizza came before the oysters. That’s how bad it was. The food was very good and our server Talijah was excellent which redeemed the bad experience from the kitchen Gonna be awhile before we return. Maybe not even come back. Napa has a lot better places that this doesn’t happen

This wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. Took my wife and kids out for Mother’s Day dinner. I saw the positive reviews in regards to the views. Unfortunately, the kitchen was backed up. We didn’t get our food until after an hour after sitting down. The wait staff was very busy but order were very backed up. Our food wasn’t worth what we paid for given the price, the wait, and the taste. I’m making a mental adjustment due to the fact that it was Mother’s Day. But there was no heads up about the backed up kitchen until only after waiting 30 mins for any food to come out of the kitchen.

Horrible experience. First our waiter didn’t check on us often and there was not alot of people to justify. We didn’t have water for like 20 mins i order some starters that never came i was going to order more food but i didn’t because she wasn’t checking on us. Really bad customer service with your waitress. I am sorry 😞

Best view in town! Our server was very attentive & personable. Food was quite good, many wine options, but a bit pricey. The newly expanded lunch menu still could use a couple more options. Some seafood maybe, other than the amazing lobster corny dogs that is!

It was a beautiful evening, so the space and view was wonderful! The food was good, a limited menu, which was fine with us. However, the service was VERY SLOW. We waited about 1/2 hour for our first drink to arrive (party of 6) and it was not that busy. Our waiter never asked if we needed another drink or anything for that matter ( we flagged him down when we needed something). We asked him for a soda 3 times before he remembered to bring it. It almost was laughable as when we’d ask, it was like it was the first time we asked. Anyway, such a beautiful space, but likely won’t go back.

Great drinks and great service. Nice ambiance. The only thing that was not great was that they stopped serving at like 9:45pm. Kind of early for a bar, no?

Our server Liz was an absolute refreshing personality and gem of a kind heart. I was celebrating my birthday with my family & while I was late to the reservation she never made us feel rushed. 10/10 would return just for her and the experience she provided was above the par !

Popped in for a beverage and a bite after tasting downtown. Upon entering the venue for our 12pm rsvp, it was quiet and lovely. Unfortunately, thru the middle of our meal, the resteraunt became over crowded and the noise level was awful. We had to request service from our server on multiple occasions and had to request the check. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I finally approached our server at the bar to ask for our check so we could get out of there. The food was decent, the view was spectacular, but the service and noise level left a lot to be desired.

Disappointing. The views were the only thing we enjoyed. The food was mediocre at best (the fried pickles were good, chicken sandwich was extremely spicy, margherita pizza has no flavor). The service was awful. Our server ended up comping our entrees because she knew the service was severely lacking. Not returning.

Great chill vibe, there was live music during our brunch. Wonderful view, delicious food & drinks. Pricey beverages (my drink was more expensive than my entree!), but in line with what other restaurants are charging. I'll definitely be back for another brunch!

The food was really bad. As my husband and I were discussing it- to ourselves…the manager yelled across the bar to us a snide comment. We left. What an awful vibe killer.

The new manager John had an attitude towards me and my friends. I booked the place to celebrate my sister’s birthday but he gave us attitude when my friend, who lives local, asked if she gets a discount for being a Napa resident. He was rude in saying that he lives locally too but have not heard of any local discounts. The way it was delivered and said was very rude. My friend and I have gone to other places in Napa before and they do give resident discounts. Just not sure how it works but it worked for her all the time, just not this time because John was rude!!! The previous manager was really nice! This was my 4th time there, even stayed at the hotel for a night on my birthday last year but have not experienced the rudeness he showed us that day!

Food was terrible which was disappointing since this was our choice for Easter Brunch. Both of our entrees were missing key parts to make it the dish that was advertised. Service was ok, would have been nice to have been checked on while we were eating and then I would have mentioned the issue about the missing ingredients rather than after the fact when we were done. The server did his best and did accommodate our bill which was appreciated. The atmosphere was good, enjoyed the live music and the view was very pretty. However, I would not go back for food again.

This was my birthday reservation and it was a very disappointing experience. Im going to fry to be concise. I had a 6:45p reservation here. By 7:09p, I had still not been greeted or even given water. There was a woman cleaning off the area beside me and I asked her if she could find my server. He came over and said how are you doing, I said I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes so not that good. He said “oh sorry, I thought you just sat over from the bar” and I said no I was sat by the hostess and she gave me a menu etc.”. I finally got my water by 7:13p and things sped up from there. The food wasn’t terrible but not great either. Fast forward to a few women who sat beside me who actually came from the bar area. The same waiter comes over and says to them “were you all sat by the hostess” they said “yes” (which was a lie) and he says “well normally the hostess gives you menus when you’re sat with them” and so they essentially apologize for not being truthful and he looks to see if those seats were reserved to see if they can remain there. So my issue is, this waiter saw me sitting for over 20 minutes WITH A MENU and choose to ignore me, because he was serving the people beside me a few tables behind me. Instead of apologizing for dropping the ball, he lied to me saying he thought I came over from the bar, when I clearly had menus in front of me that I was looking at. That really felt like a slap in the face at the moment because I just wanted to enjoy my birthday dinner out and he didn’t even take accountability but ignoring me. Other than that, the views are beautiful, the rooftop is beautiful. The hostess was super sweet.

We were here to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday. We set reservations, ordered first round of drinks for 6. Forty minutes later we received first round. Service from waiter was decent, bar was horrible. Food was average.

We got the breakfast sandwich with loaded tots and the chicken waffles. Those loaded tots are next level, must get! The chicken and waffles were also delicious. We went on a rainy day and they had heaters but they were blasting the heat, they could have lowered them a little and would have been more enjoyable. Views were still stunning. Overall, I would definitely return!

I wanted to like this place so much! When reading about it on The Archer’s website, it said reservation only, and that definitely wasn’t the case, people were walking in. This was frustrating because reservation required a credit card. Based on reviews and the exclusivity in the descriptions, I had high hopes. But the vibe was OK, the service was very kind but not as professional as I had expected and the food was OK, your average bar food and nothing more.

We checked in twice. They began seating everyone but seemed to only have two waiters. It took about 45 minutes before we were acknowledged. We ordered everything at that time and the dishes came out slowly and randomly. 4 out of 6 of us had our meals and the other two had to wait for an additional 20 minutes before theirs arrived. It just seemed like most of the staff did not care. I did like our waiter he was nice and friendly. The food was good and the view spectacular.
