Choose from three exquisite options for each course during our exclusive three-course dinners at 5:45 or 8 pm, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Sundays feature a six-course wine-paired extravaganza. Apres sessions return, exploring our curated wine list with exquisite fondue.

We had a phenomenal dining experience at Six Degrees Bistro to close out our Big White March Break. The food is of the highest quality. We had a lovely 3 course meal. I personally had scallops to start followed by Beef Tenderloin and then a dark chocolate dessert. I would definitely return.

Ste menu with vegetarian and pescatarian options. Food was great. The amuse bouche was outstanding. The 3 courses were all solid. Especially loved the scallops. Good wine list.

Lovely prix fix menu in a perfect environment. Lots of local wine selection. Everything was perfect. Be sure to make a resy on your trip to Big White.

We went in for the 3 course meal on Valentine's Day. I could eat the mushroom pasta every day and never tire of it. The beef tenderloin was the best I've ever had, thick and cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be coming back for the 6 course Sunday meal soon!

Little gem on the mountain! Small restaurant, easy to walk to from anywhere. Lovely ambiance ( sadly few people other than our group were there to enjoy the evening). Food is top notch, beautifully presented and done just the way we asked. My husband thought the portions were small but I thought just right! Small but great wine list featuring B.C. wines. Big city prices but commensurate with the quality of food. Highly recommend!!!

Food cooked and cocktails balanced to perfection. The service was top notch and every need anticipated. The only downside is the smell of grease on our clothes and jackets after but non of our food was greasy at all.

Amazing food and service. The menu was so good that we couldn’t decide what to order but we each absolutely loved our meal. The service was outstanding. We are going to go back!

Excellent dinner, poached scallop first course was sensational, cod with beurre blanc and Jerusalem artichoke also brilliant. Regularly changing menu keeps it exciting, will be going back!

Fantastic experience! We did Apres one afternoon and then the Chef’s Dinner the next night. Ana is a tremendous host and her wine pairing is second to none. We cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful food! Three course prix fix menu. Excellent everything— except for the noise. The room is quite lively without the addition of music with a hard beat. When you pay this kind of a price, it’s nice to be able to converse without shouting. Our suggestion is to turn down the beat and the volume of the music. Thank you!

The food was exceptional, particularly the Elk. The beef was beautiful as was the Salmon. The Foxtrot Pinot Noir was very yummy and complimented the courses beautifully. Overall a lovely experience.

Loved the food! Ordered the duck poutine and was not aware there was a fried egg on top (not the biggest fan). Entree was very good but beef tenderloin arrived and was cold. Ambience was good and service was great!

So happy you opened this year. We have been waiting to go for a few years (Covid). You did not disappoint. Service and food was amazing. We will definitely be back and will make sure to tell our friends. The ambiance (cozy, quaint and upscale) is completely different than anywhere else on the hill and was a welcome change. Can't wait to come by for Après Ski.

Incredible Service!! It was a little Smokey in the restaurant, making our jackets smell quite bad. Although not as piping hot as we would expect, the food was delicious and so were the drinks.

This restaurant has the potential to be excellent but it missed the mark for all four of us on the food. Bistro is small and very loud when it’s full. Prices are high and it was a decent meal but overall disappointing. We were there to celebrate and even the champagne was lukewarm.

This is really your only 'fine dining' options at Big White, but do not hesitate to give it a try. It is outstanding! The space it cozy and intimate, the food is 1st rate, and the service is excellent!

our group of 7 had an amazing night and really enjoyed the food with matching local wines. Our only observation was that we were all still hungry at the end of the night as the portion sizes were small, but we all understand that this is the nature of a degustation menu. The staff were great and attentive, and the host did a wonderful job of explaining each course as well as the relevant wine that accompanied it. We will back for sure when we next visit Big White.

Six Degrees was absolutely exceptional! The food was unique and flavourful. The wine list was long with local BC wines that the staff were knowledgeable about. The ambiance was inviting and cozy with a beautiful outdoor space for guests to enjoy a fire and sheepskin covered seating. We have been to Six Degrees many times and each time our experience is wonderful.

A great way to spend NYE with friends! A very small and intimate restaurant right in Big White village, with incredible food! We will definitely go back throughout the season.

The meal was ridiculously overpriced and only edible. Appetizers — scallops for $32!?! And the French onion soup was more like an onion stew with barely any broth or flavour. Mains were almost all above $40 and because of “supply issues” had sides of roasted potatoes and veggies. Prices should have reflected the downgrade in sides. The glasses of wine poured were barely 4oz and not priced by the glass. We were shocked by the cost when the bill came given how little was poured. The outside fire pit area was lovely though and provided a nice photo op.
