What a fantastic way to end a short trip to Amsterdam! We had booked the a table at Singel 101 based on recommendations and were not disappointed. The wine list is limited but sufficient and there is no food menu! We opted for the 5-course blind tasting menu and we were blown away by the flavours, presentation and quality of the cooking. It was fine dining on a budget in a relaxed and hospitable and friendly environment. Had we known about the family connections with Chile we might have chosen a different wine but were very happy with our choice. Singel 101 is highly recommended.

A wonderful little restaurant which should have caught the eye of Michelin finders but for some strange reason hasn't yet. Which is great, because the food is outstanding--creative, perfectly prepared, delicious--and the prices affordable, a rare combo. Service is relaxed, warm and unpretentious, but impeccable. Will come back for sure, hopefully soon, before it gets it Michelin star.

Booked dinner last minute and went in with no expectations. They have a 3, 4 or 5 course chefs menu. The server asked if we had any dietary restrictions (we don’t) and then brought us 4 delicious courses - sea bream ceviche, potato leek artichoke vichyssoise, beef tenderloin and a lovely dessert as well. Very nice food and service. We would definitely return.

Although there is no menu, the service and food were excellent! My wife doesn’t eat fish, and they accommodated with vegetables. We had the four course meal and it was just right. We finished each dish, there was nothing we did not like. I highly recommend!

This is 3,4,or 5 course menu. You choose. There is no menu and the menu is chosen by the chef. The food was outstanding. They also take care of any dietary restrictions. We had one vegetarian at the table and she was offered vegetarian options.
