Our server Eric did an outstanding job he was busy and very attentive as well so we know he was working hard. He gave us a great experience. Food was great and came out quickly. We had a great time

Food was good, what you would expect for fondue but service was incredibly slow. Our dinner took 2 hours and our waiter kept saying the kitchen is backed up. They’re sending out raw food and the restaurant was half full.

We had Eric for our server and he and the others went above and beyond- The owner was there as well and said hello to everyone- The food was amazing- Such a cool experience- we will definitely be back.

We have eaten at other fondue places and we liked that Simple Fondue had a different flavor pallet. The sauces we nice as well as the Scandinavian grill option. The tenderloin beef was flavourful and definitely tender.

We had the opportunity to enjoy a night at Simply Fondue while in Dallas for the Eclipse. It was such a great experience! Eric was our server, and he did a fantastic job. He was very personable, had good recommendations for the menu options, and facilitated a really phenomenal dinner for us. Thank you!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Simply Fondue and it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. The food was delicious. From the savory cheese fondue to the delectable chocolate dessert, every bite was perfect. The drinks were also exceptional, complementing the meal. But what truly elevated the evening was the impeccable service provided by Eric. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. You should definitely give this spot a try.

A little disappointed we had reservations for 7:45 didn’t get seated until 8:20. The exhaust fans must not have been working my parties eyes were burning at dinner. Our waiter was nice but our cheese course sat in front of our table for 5 minutes before another worker came to serve our cheese. Not worth the cost..

We had a great experience. The atmosphere was great, and the high-back booths created a very intimate setting that reduced noise and allowed us to enjoy the experience. We loved that we were not rushed, and we really enjoyed the relaxed pace of dinner. We will definitely be back!

It was a great time but it took 2 1/2 hours to get through the service. More timeliness would have been great.

The experience was educational and delicious. We’ve never been to a fondue place and it was very very good. Great way to celebrate with those you love. ❤️ Thank you for something new!

Our first experience at Simply Fondue was just wonderful. First impression was highlighted even more with the wonderful music from Motown. Every song highlighted our dinner and conversation further. The unique wire art on the walls was another conversation starter. The four course meal was out of this world. Amazing salads, cheese fondue appetizers, the sharing of 6 different meats and finally a flambe desert. Truly one of our best dining experiences ever. Thank you !!!

Our server was great, but overall service was slow. Manager was not overly helpful or attentive.

A relaxing and fun event. Allow for at least 2 - 2 1/2 hours to get through a full course. Madison our server was wonderful and really helped us in suggesting the cheese, dessert and protein. She was very attentive!

We have been there many times. The servers are so attentive. It seemed the staff was running to take care of the patrons. Our server was sweet and polite but we saw her working hard as she passed us. Felt bad to bother her.

Food was great. The service was lacking a bit this visit. I think our server was trying to cover too many tables.

Definitely not worth the money. The restaurant has zero parking it took us almost 35 minutes to find parking, thankfully we left for the restaurant early. When we finally parked and walked in we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation. We have to wait 40 minutes for a table. Not sure what the point of making a reservation if you don't have a table at your allotted time. When we finally got a table we were put in a table cramped in the back. The food was horrible and had a bad after taste my fiancee got sick on the drive home, definitely not worth the money. DO NOT GO HERE!

Tried and true, it’s always about the same fun time. My friends suckered me into trying the skillet instead of deep frying everything 😁 Maddie was great for giving us a “tour” and keeping everything perfect.

First and only time. I took my partner out for a birthday and early Valentine’s Day celebration and the experience was not what I expected at all. We had a reservation, showed up 15 mins early just to wait additionally longer than the original time to be seated near the kitchen. Immediately my water glass had a lipstick stain on it. The server was nice and attentive but ONLY told us about doing a 4 course option just to give us the tab and “forget”about the dessert at the very end because they were already closed. So then another server brought our chocolate out, not sure if it was of embarrassment or what. Tbh, we only wanted the cheese and chocolate portion and would’ve spoken up had we known. Overall, I still tipped 20% but the experience just wasn’t it. I’m highly disappointed. The food quality was absolutely not worth a $200 bill.

I hadn't been to Simply Fondue in years and I was very pleasantly surprised to have the same wonderful experience I always did. I went with my girls for my birthday and Maurice took incredible care of us, we had a blast. The food and drinks were amazing and we will definitely be back again. Thanks!

For the first time, we tried the Skandinavian Grill option upon the recommendation of our waiter, and it was excellent! It was so flavorful and was a delightful departure from the more traditional "fry" experience. We will certainly do it again, and we recommend it if you want to try something new.

The dining experience is always pleasant here. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks…. At one point we were sitting there for 15 minutes with absolutely nothing in front of us. They were out of all pork options. However, instead of having us decide on another meat option, they just gave us more of an already chosen selection. Was not a fan of that. Parking….need I say more. Lower Greenville is lack luster in the parking options. Outside of this, we enjoyed the experience.

Ava & the young man she was training were great! This was our first time at Simply Fondue & my date's first time having fondue. Ava explained everything & made solid recommendations. She even talked me out of my "classic" comfort zone to try a different cheese selection. I will tell everyone going to Dallas to visit Ava there & we will certainly be back.

I loved taking my daughter here. It was her first time having Fondue. She loved it! So excited to take her again.

It was an hour and a half to get our cheese Fondu, salad was wrong, and when the food came at 2 hours, it was wrong as well. The food was a joke. We had no idea we had to cook it all. The provided sides were 2 frozen raviolis, thinly cut carrots and squash, and some sliced white mushrooms. We took the dessert home, and paid almost $200 for the worst experience I’ve had. I was in the industry for 16 years and managed several fine dining restaurants. This place has figured out how to make good money off of customers cooking their own food and making them wait 2 hours for it. We left after being there 3 hours because we didn’t dare wait on the dessert presentation. It was my wife’s birthday, and we found a way to laugh and enjoy ourself. We tipped 20%, and we smiled the whole time, but we will never recommend this place or go back. At least we will always remember this birthday because of how hysterical the food and wait was. Thank goodness my lovely wife sees the good in everything.

Our server Ava was very knowledgeable and did a great job being patient, it was our first time and we had lots of questions. Service was great, our glasses were always full.

This is such a fun experience. The food is fresh and delicious. Don't eat the day you intend to dine here because it is a 4 course meal & you will want to enjoy each course. Lots of options, including options for vegetarians.

We had a good experience. Unfortunately, we did not receive the correct food multiple times. First, the server brought the wrong salads to the table. During the main course, we were missing a protein, which, to be fair, the server caught before we did. Next, we were served the wrong dessert fondue. We did not mention this due to time constraints. We had theater tickets and did not have time to wait for the correct dessert. Finally, they advertised a sunday special (early bird discount), but we did not receive this either. We noticed after we left. I would recommend h the is location, but not on a time limit.

My friends and I were looking for something different so we chose Simply Fondue. It was a great experience, making it a fun evening ! Our server was very helpful in her recommendations for the Cheese Fondues, entree, salads, and desserts. Each course was great! Looking foward to our next visit!

we went there from my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had the most amazing time. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable, and we had magical moments!!!will definitely come back over and over again.

We celebrated a birthday and had a great time. Our server, Daniel, was great and the food was good and fun to dip or cook ourselves on the cooktop. We went on a Friday night and it was busy but not overly loud or crowded. We will definitely go back for future celebrations.
