We dined as a party of three at SILO Prime last night. We had drinks in the lobby bar with Rachel, who was absolutely amazing, made us great drinks, and even better made us laugh! When we went into the dining room to have dinner, everything started out very well. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, as the dinner progressed, there were longer and longer delays in between us seeing him, and our dinner took quite some time to arrive. When dinner did arrive, many of the items were lukewarm, and I felt that everything was overly seasoned with salt. The flavor profile aside from the saltiness was amazing, but again, I wish that our meals had been hot. I really wanted to love this place, but was pretty disappointed overall. Aside from our experience with Rachel - she’s the best!

This was the first time dining here. We have an early reservation and were promptly seated and greeted by our waiter. We ordered the Cesar salad. It came out promptly. We were impressed! Presentation was wonderful and the Cesar was delicious! We were hopeful for the rest of the meal. The waiter didn't take our order for entrees until after we finished our salad. Then things started to fall apart. We waited a very, very long time for our steaks. The shoe string potatoes, while hot, crispy and delicious, weren't shoe string potatoes but standard fries. The steaks were delivered and neither were cooked to the proper temperature. I ordered the 10oz filet Medium and it was delivered medium well, dry and tough. My out of town guest ordered the ribeye Medium plus. His also arrived medium well and his was VERY dry and the outer parts of the steak were tough. The fat cap one expects on a ribeye seemed trimmed off. We didn't have time to send them back as we were trying to make a show. No one came to check on us to ensure the delivered steaks were satisfactory. It's a lovely restaurant. The service was great to start, but this is suppose to be a Premier steakhouse and they over cooked and delivered dry and tough steaks. We had to flag our waiter down to get the check and rush out. We were disappointed overall. Great service started the meal but that standard wasn't kept when they got busy.

Thank you, Freweini for making our evening so enjoyable. The service was exceptional and the food was even better. We had French Onion soup, crab, filet and asparagus with hollandaise. Each and every item was perfectly seasoned and prepared to our annoyingly picky standards. Best meal out we have had in a long time.

Had a wonderful Easter brunch at Silo Prime! My wife had the salmon and I had the beef. Both perfection! Sides were excellent. Dessert was a fantastic coconut pie. Enjoyed the whole experience. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend Silo Prime. We will return!

Came for Easter Brunch and enjoyed our time. Only thing was my moms short rib was nothing but fat with no meat and when she mentioned it to the server because she didnt eat it, he was like okay and nothing else

Celebrating my wife’s birthday and first time at the restaurant. Server was very attentive, food was amazing, and we only ran into one issue: what we came for was at the other Silo location. Well that didn’t stop the server from asking the chef if they could accommodate and they did!! My wife absolutely loved the food! Silo definitely did not disappoint! Will be back.

Best dinner we’ve had in a while. The seafood tower was ample, super fresh and delicious. Everything from the steaks, rack of lamb, Chilean sea bass, as well as sides were beautifully prepared and seasoned. Coconut cream pie, dreamcicle cheesecake, and chocolate mousse were all noteworthy…no wrong choice here😊. Andrew was our waiter and took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, but not hovering. It was truly a delightful experience for our party of 6!

We were there for Valentine's Day. Third time we have been there. Food and service were excellent as before. Very consistent. Love the piano player for extra touch. Jose, our waiter, did great job but love that the staff jump in and help each other. Highly recommend for special occasion or just a nice dinner.

Overall wonderful experience! Food was delicious, service was fantastic, and the atmosphere very elevated and classy but not stuffy. Had a live piano player/singer who was great! Definitely recommend for a special occasion. We will definitely be returning!

Ivan was a fabulous waiter!!! First class. The other servers were well trained and professional. I loved that they asked before they removed a glass or plate!!!!! Filet was delicious! Shrimp were a bit of a we cooked. Good cocktails and wine choices!!! A very enjoyable evening!!!

Food at the restaurant was excellent. The ribeye was delicious. This restaurant is located in a hotel and there is a lot of construction in front of the hotel. Parking across the street is the easiest place to park. Would go back again as everything we tried was excellent.

I love their Chilean Sea Bass. It is always cooked to perfection. I had a light crunchy crust and the fish is light and flaky. By far one of my favorites. My husband got the strip steak and it was also very good! He started with Caesar salad which was so good and I had the beet salad which was also great! We ended with the coconut cream pie. If you like coconut, it is a must have. Best dessert they have! This location always has the best food. You also need to try the roof top bar. It has a beautiful view.
