Was not super impressed with Mother’s Day menu but we are picky. Would not make eggs way we wanted them despite being more busy on weekends. I go here ALl the time so brunch was ok.

Chris and his team did an amazing job per usual! Good drinks and service were outstanding! Attentive and friendly team, good food knocking it out of the park every time and the best cucumber martinis in town. Great way to kick off my birthday weekend. Thank you Silo family!!

I took my Mother there on a Wednesday for lunch at 12:30pm to celebrate “Mother’s Week”. I strongly believe that even though Mother’s Day (on a calendar) tells you to celebrate on Sunday. I think the week prior to the holiday should be the time to celebrate leading into the actual holiday. So I booked a reservation through Open Table as well as called to confirm. I had accidentally made 2 reservations and the host was prompt with clarifying/updating and she also paid attention to the “note” I made which was to not be seated by the windows, due to my fear of heights. The service was great, the food was delicious, I made my Mother happy and whatever soup y’all made that day (words can’t even express). Everything was “on point”! That salad was awesome too because the dressing was perfectly tossed and it wasn’t all drippy. I don’t even remember what I got for dessert. Anyways back to the service, I already came there knowing what I wanted to order but when the server told us the “soup and lunch special” I was like “Damn”. PECAN CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST! (Pause) That wasn’t the special but I already knew I was gonna order that for my Mother because I’ve seen that dish before and I know it always looks bomb. I got the Miso Glazed Salmon, always on point but that PECAN CRUSTED CHICKEN BREAST! That’s what the I’m talking about. The server gave my Mother great wine recommendations also I love Chenin Blanc. One day I’m gonna go to Pine Ridge Vineyards. In conclusion, today was LIT.,”

Silo is one of our favorites for a quiet, relaxed upscale meal with great service. On this visit we were served by Hilary, who did an excellent job with just the right amount of attention to our table. We enjoyed the crab cakes and house salad to start. The crab cake was prepared perfectly and tasted great. The salad with the house walnut vinaigrette was perfectly fresh and delicious. The dressing is a tad sweet but great nonetheless. We moved on to the pan seared chicken plate and oak grilled salmon. My wife asked for adjustments to her dish which were executed as requested. Both were served piping hot and delicious. The only criticism was the chimmichurri sauce for the salmon… it was too many competing flavors and there was a hint of a “soapy” taste. It’s served in a separate dish so it wasn’t a problem.. but just not something we enjoyed. My wife selected the coconut crème pie to share. It’s delicious but the macadamia crust proved heavy and hard to cut. We still managed to plow through it. Our favorite dessert here is crème brûlée. So, overall a great meal and experience with one or two minor dislikes but we will still return as always. Good job Hilary and thanks.

Top notch!!! Joel was an outstanding server, first rate in every aspect. Food was incredible and my guests were thoroughly impressed. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday with our 6 closest friends. Outstanding evening in every way.

Silos restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance. The food was simply fantastic, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The menu offered a great variety, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The service was top-notch; attentive yet unobtrusive, making our dining experience seamless and enjoyable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Overall, Silos restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious food and impeccable service. We can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary delights!

SILO on 1604 had never disappointed us. The food and service has always been top notch and last night once again didn’t disappoint. We ordered the strawberry salad that was fresh and delicious. For our main entry I ordered the red fish and my husband ordered the reck of lamb special. My fish was SO good, flavorful and served hot (which is a must when serving seafood in my opinion). My husband said his lamb was also very good and fresh. We then split their cheesecake and it was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Chris, our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. Wonderful evening, we’ll definitely be back. Just make sure you make a reservation. We had a couple walk in right before us at 5:00 and they unfortunately were turned away.

This restaurant is a treasure. Booked it from Colorado for a special dinner to celebrate my best friend since grade school’s birthday, and the entire evening was incredible. First, the setting is refined and elegant, and although the evening was bustling, the dining room is designed with table spacing that makes your experience personal. Our server Suzy was immediately present to engage and start off our meal with suggestions that also helped us all determine together what kind of pace we’d like. She brought bottles to the table to help us make our decision, cheerfully tolerated our initial indecision and together we arrived at the perfect selection. She is a delight, and you should seek her out should you reserve your own table soon. Every item is presented with the kind of artistic beauty that shows a chef and staff who value quality ingredients and the aesthetic that wows. Not fussy or overly cute, just stunning. Portions are generous and the price point for these creations is remarkable. Just listening to the off-the-menu specials before ordering will give you a clue that this kitchen loves creating adventurous and delicious food. We had the seared Ahi tuna starter with the most delicious sesame flatbread. My friend had the duck breast and confit leg, and I had the oak grilled salmon with herb chimichurri over roasted potatoes, charred sweet corn, red pepper and asparagus. Conversation will suffer as you dine, since this food isn’t anything you’d want to eat distractedly. All throughout, Suzy was a gentle presence: refilling our wine glass just enough, checking in to remove plates, guiding the pace of the meal so perfectly that you feel cared for and not interrupted. This is exceptional, professional service. We did the coconut pie for a celebratory dessert. Don’t miss it. We’ll be remembering this trip, this shared birthday weekend and especially our time at SILO for a very long time. Thank you to everyone last night who made this evening so special.

1. Food was fair at best. 2. Terrible service. When we were talking, the server just busted in while we were mid sentence (every time)—very annoying and it just killed the whole date. Additionally, we were there at 6pm….the crowd came after 6:30….she was very pushy wanting to get our order in NOW??? 3. I might have tried another food item in the future…but that’s now a 100% no-go because of the pushy and annoying service

Our server, John was very attentive and provided excellent service. Food was delicious as always. Only complaint was we asked for our steak to be severed with no butter, and it was not. We scraped it off and dabbed it with napkins and all was good. Nothing to prevent us from enjoying our meal. Just a little inconvenience.

This place is truly amazing. The service always top notch and the food is delectable. If you hav the chance to sit next to the glass, there’s a nice view of the city skyline as the sun goes down. Always inquire about what’s off menu! They shuffle the specials each week and they are all amazing!

We had a wonderful night David was our server and made sure everything was perfect. We had Chef specials and the strawberry arugula salad could not stop raving about how delicious everything tasted. Can’t wait to go back again. Silo always comes through with delicious food and a wonderful experience.

We really do enjoy coming to Silo again and again. They never disappoint. The chicken fried oyster appetizer is good. And our server recommended the fish feature, which was delicious. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Went to Silo 1604 for a birthday dinner. Process was smooth. Reservation, table was ready and seated immediately. Service was excellent and food just as good. Will definitely be going back.

Silo used to be one of my favorite restaurants but my last 2 experiences were extremely disappointing. My last experience was the worst! We went for the Easter brunch on 3/31/2024 and we noticed that all tables surrounding us had bread baskets so we expected our waitress to bring one out for us. She never did nor did she offer. We had to ask. Then, my salad’s lettuce was so oil-soaked that it was translucent, as if it was prepared the night before. The seafood risotto was tasteless, cold and my shrimp was RAW! When I pointed that out to the waitress, she apologized, took the raw shrimp back to the “chef” (not the entire dish), and brought back another single shrimp that was fully cooked on a separate dish. For a restaurant that supposedly serves “elevated” cuisine, I would expect the “chef” himself or at least the manager, to come out to apologize and that the meal to be comped or at least a gift card for another meal. I will NOT be returning. The quality of the food and service has diminished significantly at Silo.

We went to Easter Brunch. They had a set menu with several choices. All were good with the exception of my french toast which was a little dried out and the poached eggs could have been cooked just a bit longer.
