    This unique experience allows guests to enjoy a variety of chef’s top seasonal cuisines in artful presentation. This experience is available to party sizes of two or four. All guests are served the same menu driven from the current yields of our local purveyors (allergies can be accommodated with advance notice). Requested times are subject to adjustments. Add-ons such as wine pairings, bourbon tasting or cocktail pairings are available to enhance your experience. PLEASE NOTE: We kindly advise against modifications to Chef's Tasting menu selections. Each item is a composed dish that Chef has created. If you are not open to fully experiencing Chef's creative selections; we strongly suggest you order from our regular daily menus.

    Sarah was fantastic she explained the dishes bragged about the kitchen shamelessly and took wonderful care of us First time visiting the restaurant and it certainly won’t be our last Have already bragged up ghis place to a couple of other foodie friends

    I came in with 2 friends for my first visit. We had such a wonderful time. You can tell that the Chef takes pride in the dishes. Our server Sarah did such a great job explaining things to us and being patient because we were there 3 hours, we didn’t even realize that much time had passed. We’ll be back, but we won’t tie up a table so long this time:) Thanks!

    Silas continues as one of my very favorite restaurants! Our evening began at the bar with two very knowledgeable bartenders, Tina and Ernie. The drinks were unique and the service superb. We moved to our table and Sarah served us. She explained the menu and steered us to just the right amount of food. She was terrific. And the food was wonderful. Farm to table fresh and very tasty all the way to the chocolate brownie dessert. I can’t wait to return again soon !

    Silas is a world class restaurant tucked into the small village of Versailles Ohio. Every detail is perfect, the food and drink menus are exceptional and the service is even better. Well worth drive for dinner or even better to spend the night.

    Once again it was one of the finest meals my wife and I have ever enjoyed. Each course was beautiful on the plate, with unique flavors. The wine pairings were excellent, and the sommelier did a wonderful job of explaining her choices. We're looking forward to going back later this year.

    Our server was great and the food was good but the wait time on drinks was ridiculous. From the time we ordered a drink until the time we got it was 33 minutes. They clearly need more help.

    Our local wine manager knows we enjoy fine dining and had been bemoaning the scarcity of fine cuisine - she urged us to try this “hidden gem”in distant Versailles. We were astounded. The urban contemporary ambiance was a visual delight. Starting with the bar, it was stocked with literally dozens of the finest bourbons - some very rare - along with other spirits, fine wines, and champagnes. We chose a five-course paired tasting menu which thrilled us with each visually artistic and delicious presentation. The server was fun and professional; she described in detail each dish and wine. Chef Aaron Allen came to our table and described his love of cuisine and his pride over the restaurant and staff. The restaurant also owns a nearby 85-acre farm where truly farm to table is personally sourced. It was an absolutely delightful evening.
