The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Chef John Carpenter has created a Tasting Menu dining experience driven by seasonal flavors and local produce availability. Let us make all the decisions while you enjoy the evening and the company. For $135 per person you will enjoy an eight course dinner with sommelier wine pairings available for an additional charge. See the menu under the Open Table Menus tab. We ask table participation and no substitutions.

Join us for Independence Day at Signature featuring a unique Summer Tasting Menu from Chef John Carpenter! Enjoy a multicourse fixed menu designed to elevate your 4th of July for $135 per person with optional wine pairings available at $85 per person. A kids (12 and under) fixed menu will be available for $45. Our regular dinner menu WILL NOT be available on Independence Day. Tables of 1-4 guests will be booked for 2 1/2 hours, tables of 5 or more will be booked for 3 hours. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Wonderful Derby Brunch experience at Signature! It was our first brunch there, but it exceeded all our expectations and our previous dinner experiences there. Service was flawless (unlike our dinner experiences), and the food was absolutely exceptional in both taste and presentation. Looking forward to brunch again in our future!

Kentucky Derby Brunch. Yogert and granola was so good. The salmon omlet amazed as did the "steak & eggs"

We had a wonderful experience and an amazing dinner! Started with the octopus appetizer which was superb. My husband had the venison and I had the best sea bass I’ve ever had.

Exceptional service. Food was delicious. We had the grilled octopus, pork belly, and the axis venison. Great place to celebrate our anniversary.
