The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Chef John Carpenter has created a Tasting Menu dining experience driven by seasonal flavors and local produce availability. Let us make all the decisions while you enjoy the evening and the company. For $135 per person you will enjoy an eight course dinner with sommelier wine pairings available for an additional charge. See the menu under the Open Table Menus tab. We ask table participation and no substitutions.

Join us for Independence Day at Signature featuring a unique Summer Tasting Menu from Chef John Carpenter! Enjoy a multicourse fixed menu designed to elevate your 4th of July for $135 per person with optional wine pairings available at $85 per person. A kids (12 and under) fixed menu will be available for $45. Our regular dinner menu WILL NOT be available on Independence Day. Tables of 1-4 guests will be booked for 2 1/2 hours, tables of 5 or more will be booked for 3 hours. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Wonderful Derby Brunch experience at Signature! It was our first brunch there, but it exceeded all our expectations and our previous dinner experiences there. Service was flawless (unlike our dinner experiences), and the food was absolutely exceptional in both taste and presentation. Looking forward to brunch again in our future!

Kentucky Derby Brunch. Yogert and granola was so good. The salmon omlet amazed as did the "steak & eggs"

We had a wonderful experience and an amazing dinner! Started with the octopus appetizer which was superb. My husband had the venison and I had the best sea bass I’ve ever had.

Exceptional service. Food was delicious. We had the grilled octopus, pork belly, and the axis venison. Great place to celebrate our anniversary.

Hands down best restaurant in SA tied with Bohanan’s , Definitely worth the price . Food is great and service is top notch . Definitely recommend.

This the where we go for a special quiet night out. There’s a lively bar, but seating for meals has minimal noise. The service is excellent and the food is wonderful. It’s a special place for special meals.

For the first time we felt rushed while dining. We love Signature and dine there often. We went for Easter brunch at 3 PM. Out table was not yet available so waited comfortably at the bar and ordered a drink. When we were seated the rush began. Immediately, we were asked to order. Three separate times the server attempted to take our plates when we were not finished. After our meal our server asked if we wanted our desserts to-go.

We took our family for Easter brunch. The staff was very accommodating and attentive. It was a fixed price brunch menu that included four entree options. The food was delicious. My only suggestion is to serve the avocado/salmon on a biscuit instead of bread and definitely add something else to the plate such as a few pieces of fruit (to improve the presentation). We enjoyed our time and our toddler loved the Easter egg hunt generously offered.

Johnny & Joel hit it out of the park. Good and wine was outstanding. The wine paring with the Chilean Bass and gnocchi was superb with the old world Beaujolais …phenomenal. Followed by a chocolate cake port Bordeaux combo. Great food, service and wonderful evening!

Signature is a wonderful restaurant, with excellent service and spectacular food. The wine list is also superb. It is not an inexpensive place, so it's perfect for special occasions.

Wow. Such an amazing place. The service was phenomenal. The venue is beautiful. Wonderful for a date night. The food though is the most amazing part of the experience. It was all perfectly prepared and delicious. Definitely will go again.

We had a phenomenal experience at Signature for our 31st Wedding Anniversary! The Octopus and Chilean Sea Bass were Two of our favorite dishes. The service and food were impeccable!!! 10/10
