The food we offer at Shuk is inspired by what we grew up with in Israel, where the cuisine available is one of the largest melting pots on the planet, with food coming from a variety of cultures that migrated to the country from 130 different countries in the past 50 years.     How good was that? Osteria Riva comes to Shuk Bondi on a Thursday night. Outstanding degustation menu with enthusiastic staff and a wonderful atmosphere. A fabulous idea, and would love to see a repeat. In the meantime, can't wait to get up to Osteria Riva near Bondi Junction and keep on going to Shuk Bondi. Thanks to the teams from both establishments for a superb dining experience.

    Staff were wonderful, had a bit of difficulty changing time of reservation on web-site, but the young girl who answered the phone at the Shuk was very helpful. The Shuk makes the best humous and their menu has something for everyone.

    Whatever I have ever eaten at Shuk has been delicious! Amazing falafel, soups, salads. I would eat here every day if I could. Their chai latte is also great! Wish you had a place nearer home! Oatley - if ever you wish to expand.

    Service... there is very little service anymore, as everything is done by us. By ordering online, you take the fun and charm away from eating out. Instead of relaxing into a table of friends, chatting, looking at menus, we all ignore each other and struggle over your ordering app, paying before we eat... and then you ask for a tip. Why would we give a tip? We are doing all the work and haven't even eaten any food - might be terrible. I guess the next step for this restaurant will be that we will have to go and get our orders from the kitchen door. You may be saving money, but you have lost me now. I have been many times to your restaurant, and I know you have had this 'user doing all the work' for a while, but I am over it. It is not fun, the ambience has gone, the community feeling has gone... very disappointing.
