The staff does their best considering the location that at times attracts the less desirable locals. They didn't have my desired dish, opakapaka with macadamia crust for over a week every time we asked, we stayed at an airbnb close by and asked daily. The staff at the front doing the greeting and seating were not always friendly and cheerful. Right before we left the island they finally suggested that we try the other restaurant in the International Center, of which I didn't realize there was another choice. We dined there and the fish was great but could use a little more of the top crust. My son's chicken wasn't cooked through. They did comp his meal and replaced it with a delicious hamburger, but I was quite disappointed in the undercooked chicken.

The Garlic Shrimp was seasoned well. They ran out of Cannoli and no other dessert was available.

Server neglected our table. Nachos were cold. Other dish came out 30 minutes later because the server didn’t enter it in.

Overcharged $13.00. Even though we were ordering off the "Happy Hour" menu in front of us we were charged regular prices. (Apparently we did not specify "Happy Hour".)
