Odd. Ran out of alcohol. Servers were underage and a bit eccentric. Sushi was good but it was not your normal sushi experience. Def won’t be back.

!!!!! Not recommended!!!!!The worst experience omakase dining in my life. We have reservation at 7.30 pm but I got sat around 8.20pm while restaurant is empty. Chef served the 1st piece but the sever still didn't come to service. We didn't got menu, not even water. no allergy concerns to prepare sushi.(they are ignore me), we didn't get any attention at all. overall experience is need to be improved. I don't think restaurant was ready to operate, so unprofessional. Such a very bad experience!!!! Waste my time here.

Really great place in East village. We had chef Steven who made our experience memorable. Great food, great music. Will come again.

I came to Shiso after walking past it several times this year and was truly impressed. The restaurant was empty but that did not factor into my experience at all. My server was great and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty. Good place great location.

Food was definitely rushed during omakase restaurant was understaffed not a great value considering i did highest level that included 1 sad glass of champagne even though we added celebrating a birthday in notes not a single happy birthday

This sushi restaurant is phenomenal. My daughter and I highly recommend getting an excellent meal here. The sushi is memorable.

Came in for lunch and service was great. Got seated early for our reservation and the sushi came out quickly.

I went there because I was treated to a dinner. I don't think I would go for the price, but the taste of the sushi is just to my liking.
