It was just too noisy to be an enjoyable evening. We have been there before and had a similar complaint. We returned because it was a charity night for a local non profit. This time there was a large boisterous group in our room and it was just miserable. We couldn't talk with our friends. The table next to us was complaining too. The food was good but we will not return. The old place in Elmsford was better.

We’ve eaten at Shiraz several times, but this was the first time in the location on Mamaroneck Avenue. They opened this location about a year ago, this new place is a beautiful space and the food is delicious! Fish cooked to perfection. Fresh salad and vegetables. And now this new location has sushi. We tried that and it was excellent!

Our experiences at Shiraz have all been wonderful. The food—the small plates in particular—are absolutely delicious. Many thanks to Sheila, our server, who did everything possible to make this an incredibly memorable evening.

The food was good but the service was not. Our waiter disappeared multiple times, we were there for 2.5 hours which did not need to be the case. We had to find someone to ask for a dessert menu, a check, and then for our cards back.

If you’re looking for delicious food, lovely ambience and great service, this is the place to be. We have eaten here often and we are never disappointed. Everything is top notch. The Persian food is amazing and if you like sushi -yes sushi - the fish is so fresh and beautifully prepared. There is truly something for everyone- whether you’re a meat eater, fish lover, vegetarian or gluten free. With so many places to dine these days, we choose Shiraz Kitchen and Wine Bar because we know we are getting a good meal served in a beautiful place and with attentive service. (We just found out they are serving brunch on the weekends. We will definitely be back to try out the brunch menu!)

Terrible, slow and forgetful service. Honestly worst service I have experienced in a long time. Lambchop was fatty and tough. Branzino was delicious. Ambiance was nice and wine list was good. But. There are MUCH better places to patronize in white plains. Go ANYPLACE else, we will never be back.

Our first time here and it didn’t disappoint. A beautiful restaurant, great staff and the owner, Rezza made us feel right at home and was incredibly helpful with our dinner choices and wine. Overall a great experience and we will be back. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Dinner in the back room which was much quieter than the main dining area. Service was amazing. Extremely attentive all around and the food was absolutely delicious.

A really nice place, with good food and friendly service. The place was full on a Saturday night and the wait staff did seem to get a little overwhelmed, as it took a while to get the check. Also, parts the menu seems to be new, as the filet mignon kebob was really skirt steak, and some of the accompanying sides had to be requested.

Shiraz is excellent. Lovely, quiet setting even when crowded due to good acoustics and table separation. The cabernet was superior, no tannen after taste, full bodied aromatic and delicious. The food was very tasty, served promptly and courteously and the owner very hospitable. Overall, good value and a fine dining experience, with reasonable parking in a lot less than a block away. Would definitely recommend for return visits.

Food is so delicious. What I liked the most is that they use fresh ingredients. The salad, eggplant dip and main course were all excellent. I will go back soon

Great food and service. The owner visits the each table to make sure guests are having a good experience. Nice to go with a group because Iranian food and appetizers are meant to be shared. The only change I would request is some bottles of wine at a lower price point. I bet it would add to the profit too as more people would venture to order wine by the bottle.

This was the first time we have been to Shiraz. We went for a family birthday, six adults. All six of us raved about our meals. Appetizers, main courses and desserts were all excellent, with a wonderful Persian influence that we all appreciated. The staff and service were also excellent. The staff courteous and patient, explaining as needed and timely in the presentation. I loved it so much I'm returning again this week with friends.

Always enjoy Shiraz kitchen and have been many times. This visit I found certain dishes to be more sweet and unbalanced than the past (ie albaloo rice and fesenjoon). But still as always really enjoyed it!

We had a lovely birthday luncheon for a group of 14. The food and service were excellent and everyone was delighted with their meal and it felt like a festive occasion.
