The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and the cook was not energetic at all for our birthday girl. We’ve been coming here for years for special events and I can say this is by far our worst experience. Not to mention we were charged 18% gratuity on a party of 3. Unacceptable.

Shirasoni is very consistent with great food and service. We have been coming here for several years, usually for a celebration. They are friendly, food is very good, portions are huge. Their prices have gone up quite a bit since covid so we don't go as often as we use to, but we still enjoy going.

We had a very enjoyable dining experience. We were warmly greeted and checked in. We had great seats which allowed us to interact with our Teppanyaki Chef. He was skilled and entertaining. We loved the Garlic Fried Rice and our entrees of Chicken Teriyaki and Hibachi Scallops. Shirasoni’s remains one of our favorite restaurants.

Birthday party for my adult daughter. Party of five including two young children. Very accommodating- brought out our birthday cake for us, played to the kids, lovely and delicious meals. Kind of expensive for my budget ($300+) but worth it for a special occasion.

The only downside of the delicious food was it was overly salty and my choice of protein was over cooked. I asked for the tuna to be seared and maybe I should have asked for it to be rare. There was no red color in it at all and so then it is dry and tough. Overall it was a delightful evening.

I thought it would be fun to take the women in my life out for Valentine’s Day dinner and made the reservation a few weeks prior. The prices where raised for Valentine’s Day, and service was okay. The drinks where not refilled until after dinner. Our table neighbor was charged $8 for an apple juice for her 4yo daughter. A 18% gratuity was included to the check. To add a gratuity for a party of 4 and not say anything. The greed of trying to earn big profits in one day will cost you. For me I will not ever make a reservation here again. It has been years since my previous visit and this will be my last. So many other restaurants options.

We always love Shirasoni. We enjoyed two birthdays in our party (yes born on the same day 😁) The table and chef sang to us, and we received a celebratory shot from the waitress. Great service and food is always amazing.

Celebrated 2 members of our family birthdays. Our 2 five year old twins were so entertained by the chef. And they enjoyed the food along with the rest of us. First time there for the twins, they can’t wait to go back

It was great! Took my son for his 21st birthday. Great to take some one for their birthday. Our serve was awesome and nice and gave my son his first free drink!! I would definitely go again

We had reservations for my son’s birthday and it was so incredibly special and the food was outstanding not including the chef he was so great! The food was the best I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was so inviting and warm and my entire family was able to sit together and eat together we were incredibly blessed. Thank you so much!

Definite 5🌟 rating for our Chef & Waitress! This also includes other unseen staffers that contributed to the successful & entertaining dinner! May I recommend: 1) that the Owner(s) upgrade both the Exterior & Interior of the restaurant..much needed. 2) "reduce", not eliminate, the amount of soy sauce, salt & butter while cooking the food. Two members of our party had difficulty enjoying the flavor of everything.

Food was just ok. Service was just ok, chef, not funny at all. Barely spoke. Then they added a 18% gratuity when they never came to check on us. We had to constantly flag them down for more water or hot tea. They would all stand together near the podium or the from desk and talk. We had a birthday and the staff acted like they didn't know, but the chef sang happy birthday as soon as he go to the table. No ask for dessert or anything. Won't be back.

My two friends accompanied me for my Birthday Celebration and ALL OF US were Very Happy with the Service, The Chef and MOST OF ALL, THE DELICIOUS FOOD!! Disappointed with: -noted the event was for a birthday when reservations was made, but no one acknowledged it during/after dinner. -although reservations were made, of 3 stations, we were seated with strangers; one ahead of us had only 2 people and another after us had 4 in their party (same as us). -we were only a total of 4 people, yet gratuity were already included bill.

Excellent service as always friendly people extremely delicious food I took my whole family there we were a big group of 10 and they took care of us like we were V.I.P. I always look forward to their friendly staff and amazing food I will be back for my birthday.

Have been coming here for the last 15 years or so. The experience is worth the trip alone, food is amazing. Cooks are funny, always with the puns. Steak/shrimp combo you cannot go wrong, the garlic fried rice is up there as one my favorites. Highly recommend Shirasoni!

Felt rushed… ordered appetizers and they came at the same time as our soup/salad. Need to allow more time to enjoy drinks, apps so on. Too much garlic in the rice.

Not busy. We ordered entrees with extra vegetables. Steak was cooked perfectly. Shrimp was also cooked perfectly. Vegetables and fried rice were excellent and plentiful. Prices have gone up, but quality has remained very high making it still a good value. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back again.

It was disappointing to find out about a mandatory gratuity add on after you’ve dined. After having a below average chef make our food knowing and watching other tables cook be very engaging and interactive. The experience could have been better, but was not.
