Our table got forgotten about 1 hrs 20 mins till we put order in, put happy on wrong persons bill. Restaurant chairs and booth seats all peeled and falling apart looks so trashy. Like if ur gonna charge 13 for a drink in ripped up seats is crazy to me. Friend got sick from the food that night, so overall not a great experience at all.

Really like going here however this time we probably received the worst service ever. The erver fully ignored the other table of us that were not served for over 20 minutes… She began to state “she didn’t know what was going on” but it was the slowest I’ve ever seen. We basically felt like a burden to her especially when we felt she was throwing everything at us after finally getting her attention to serve us. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or not but she was quite rude in my opinion. Worst experience ever.

Sharks club has lost the care of customer service. Great location with a stuck up British manager who is horrible at understanding his room. I’ll never come back as this was back in the day a great place. Go upstairs to Moxies as the food is 10 times better

I've been here before and I actually like the ambiance and location. It's one of my 3 go-to places post/pre event at the stadiums. It's got a simple yet variable menu and all the serving staff I've had were good. First of all, our server - Cassidy - was off the charts awesome! She was personable, efficient and fixed a couple of our issues straight away. The other surprising thing is the enchiladas are actually really good! I know it's just a canned sauce but I was pleasantly surprised by just how tasty it was and the serving size was very generous. The first issue - don't order the cauliflower bites. They are horrible. I'm not a vegetarian but I eat them all the time. These were a HUGE disappointment and basically just mush, set into a sauce to make it even mushier. Thankfully Cassidy was able to pull it from our bill. The second issue - I have NO idea what the bar guy (Duncan) was thinking when he made my second vodka/soda and proceeded to dump what tasted like a gallon of simple syrup into it. If I wanted sweetener, I would ask for it. Needless to say, THAT drink went back. Then when we tried to speak with the manager (Prad) he basically didn't give a hoot. He said the words, but his eyes, facial expressions and body language told a different story. If you are going to work in the service industry, take an acting class because this guy was NOT selling it. Anyway, it wasn't horrible enough to stop me from going back, I just now know that if I've got an issue, there is no point in taking it up with management because my impression is they have egos that don't take well to criticism. I'm sure this review will go over like a lead balloon.

Came here before the Madonna concert - service was excellent- drinks were cold and the food was hot. Will be back for pre event meals.

Excellent service and our food was terrific ! Great ginger beef bowl , craving it again. TV’s/music way too loud but overall it was a great place to go before a rogers arena event. And because of a skytrain incident we took an Uber last minute and they held the reservation til we could get there. The message on open table got thru to the restaurant promptly

Bathrooms were terrible would not come back just on that realize it’s a bar/pub but it rather use outside then the state of that bathroom

It was fun to come on a night of a UFC fight, they have huge TVs and the vibe was good. Service was slow and that’s okay because it was a busy night.

It'd be helpful on your busier game days if you guys could have a lineup for those with a reservation. I had a reservation yesterday for the Leafs game and I encountered a few rude patrons in line. They thought I was butting in line which I wasn't and kindly explained to them I had a prior reservation.

We had a great time celebrating two birthdays on the same day at The Shark Club. Service was prompt and friendly … food arrived very quickly and was delicious. Good idea to reserve a table ahead. Also, gigantic screens are a treat for sports fans!

Unfortunately the waitress had a tough night. Forgot numerous things and when she brought the steak sauce she forgot she literally threw it on the table. The anger was palpable. Not sure I’d go back if they need to employ such incompetent employees. The food was excellent the service ruined the dinner though.

We needed to get in and out for a show. Service was prompt and attentive. Enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs as well as the cajun chicken burger. All was great and reasonable prices by today's standards.

Holy does this place need to renovate their booths and chairs!!!! They literally look like they’ve been through a war! It’s extremely bad. Leather missing completely from tons of chairs and booths. Shameful

Disappointed that on game days they take away happy hour. It’s a very busy place , it’s not like they’ll lose revenue. Will not go on game days for that reason as other restaurants in the area don’t do that on game days.. servers were busy, I get it but 15 minute wait for a beer on tap? we were in the lounge room area and the music was sooo loud, couldn’t have a proper conversation.

The food was excellent, especially the cheeseburger spring rolls (who knew?). Our server Claudia was also very friendly and personable. Look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Vancouver.

Beef dip a bit salty- the beef and the Au jus. Good value. Happy hour does not apply when there is an event- which is often Benches in the booth are need of recovering or an up grade- a bit tacky for such a successful establishment.

Service was good, but it was very loud. Was also disappointed that the margarita slush machine was broken. Went specifically for the drink and was unable to get to due to the machine being down.

Our waitress Nep was outstanding. She was very personable and was always nearby and checking on our experience. Best service ever. The food was also delicious and the best deep fried pickles ever. Will definitely recommend and return on our next visit to Vancouver.

Came here for the first time in about ten years and I can say the inside has changed up a lot and it looks a lot more fresh and modern ! I really enjoyed the stuffed zucchini with cheese it was beyond amazing and you gotta try it if you love veggies and cheese 10/10! I’ll be back to try more on the menu ! Thanks Shark Club !!!

Waited a long time for service, but it was a busy place with the Lions playing in the semifinals at the time and the Canucks playing later. Ordered a steak which was cooked incorrectly, sent it back and it returned even more undercooked. Was given a free meal for my troubles, but at that point very little appealed to me. Also ran out of juice that was in the drink I was having and the manager gave me a free drink for the issue as well, but when Bill came I had to point out that that the drink I didn't get was still on it. Returned after the game (it wasn't my choice) and again very long wait for service (understandable as it was super busy) but again was out of something I ordered, but had at least gotten more juice for my original drink by this time. The food was served long before the drinks came. Then didn't see the waitress for at least another 30 min.
