Awesome, as usual. Food is consistently good, and spiciness is well adjusted to preference. Service is friendly and capable. Best Chinese food for miles around.

Overall the place is a decent chinese restaurant in a asian desert neighborhood. Service extremely attentive. Food portions a bit small for asian dishes especially if you are use to Chinatown portions and feels a bit to "portioned". Flavors balanced. Cocktails are outstanding!

Shan is the best Sichuan food I’ve ever had. Have come here at least a dozen times since I first discovered it a year ago. Try to fish filet in chili oil and the dry pot fish and the mapo tofu and egg and tomato soup

Such a fantastic experience in this restaurant. I went with a friend and from the moment we arrived it was such a pleasant time. The staff was absolutely lovely. The food was delicious as well.

We absolutely love this place, my brother and his family travel in from CT mi they to join us for dinner here. The kids love all the various dumplings and the grown ups blow our faces off with all the spicy stuff. Last time my niece asked us why we were all sniffling and blowing our noses, a sign of a great Szechuan meal! Cocktails are also really great.

I ordered spare ribs that were cooked twice like they were leftovers from lunch. They were dry and only one actually tasted like a spare rib, the others we Gould not chew because they were too hard. We did not send them back. Then we were given our main dish , the Dried Pot Shrimp. The shrimp were dry and over cooked. I have eaten this dish before and enjoyed them. We did send this dish back. We hope to return on a night when the dishes are not overcooked.
