Had dinner here specifically to try the Restaurant Week menu. Choices made were (with regular menu pricing for comparison): -Piedmontese Beef Tar Tar ($28): Pleasant contrasting richness and sharpness. -Caserecce Bolognese (closest menu match the $26 Rigatoni Bolognese): Plenty of firm pasta, good (possibly a touch too liquid) sauce. -New York Strip ($75 for 14oz): Great sear, juicy medium rare, well-seasoned; came with silky mashed potatoes topped with deliciously crisp cherry wine-soaked cabbage. -Roman's Tiramisu ($13): Creamy delight, cute presentation by a chocolate shell of an espresso cup; cup did present a small puzzle: tilt it on the side to try to smash into pieces with the spoon, or bite into it like candy? Also ordered: $13 High Roller cocktail: bubbly and refreshing $15 glass (×2) Tobin James Notorious Cabernet Sauvignon 2020: Decent pour $13 Golden Knight cocktail: A good take on an espresso martini Value: Terrific, large portions of delicious food, cocktails fairly priced, crusty bread was included. Atmosphere: Entry is through a cozy bakery. Space arrangement and decoration of the main dining area seemed to be still underway, and so to me had an unfinished, cavernous warehouse vibe as a result. Large TVs rotated between food promo photos and land/cityscape screensavers. Cool touch with a silver-coated steer's head on the wall. Chef Marc circulated the floor regularly. Service from Kevin T. was great.

Chef Marc Sgrizzi has been in Las Vegas for many years. He has had several restaurants. This one is the best, so far. Great food, reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere, always a favorite. I plan to continue going on a regular basis.

Nice place. Great vibe. Caesar and apps were great. Piccata wasn’t what I expected, and served with red sauce noodles which was odd to me. Our other chicken dish was good but too spicy without fair warning. We’ll be back to try other dishes. Cafe at entrance looked very good.

we sat at the Bar . Bartender was nice . Did not know it was Restaurant week though,The Steak Tar Tar was the best thing we ate.The 16$ Caesar Salad was plated on a plate that looked like a Side Dish .The Bolognese was a little dry .If they are charging fancy prices the plating and presentation on all the plates should have been elevated.

We were seated at a table in the sunlight. The shade was down but it didn’t block enough of the sunlight. The appetizers were good but took a long time to come out. So long that our entrees were sitting under the heat lamp so long the cacio e pepe had dried out. One of our parties entree was an appetizer and didn’t come out until we were 1/2 way through our entrees. The pork chop and puttanesca got good reviews. There was also a service charge on our bill. Not sure if that was because we had a party of 6 or just a money grab. We’ll try again in several months when they have things down, it seems like they are still learning.

Food was great but they were a bit short staffed so the wait for a server to come and help or to provide you with a check took a bit longer. From the time I asked for my check until I actually got it was about 10 to 15 minutes.

Just amazing in every way. We love to share food so we can try more things. Never disappoints. How he gets the food quality is the key.
