We were seated on time . Staff was friendly and courteous. Orders taken quickly and served as ordered. The food was amazing and I would come back . Whenever in the area I highly recommend this red. Loved walking through the store downstairs with all the flavors of Italy !

The host and servers were very accommodating. We were pleased how they allowed us to be seated with friends assigned at a different table. The noise may have been a problem for our child with autism; but surprisingly, the ambiance alleviated her anxiety over the noise. The food was excellent. Perhaps, playing slow and calming jazz music would even out the noise of the patrons. Overall a delightful experience for our family of 6! Thank you!

The food was phenomenal & our server was a delight! Made great suggestions, and joked with us giving a fun feel for the evening. We arrived prior to sunset and admired the gorgeous room. As the sun set and the roof lights (among greenery) lit up, a new variety of magic surrounded us! We ordered dessert martini's - the espresso one was to die for, but the chocolate one was also delicious! All our food was excellent. 10/10 recommend. would go back in a heartbeat!

I have eaten here at each season for the last year and a half. Never has it been disappointing. The spring menu is my favorite. Our server Katherine was outstanding. She was kind attentive efficient and funny. We will be requesting her for our summer trip

Comida preparada a la perfección! Cocktails y bebidas perfectos. Servicio muy atento. Nivel de ruido si es bastante alto. Y la decoración siempre muy acogedora.

Went for a late lunch and was able to be seated right away. Staff is friendly and polite. We ordered the burrata and prosciutto to start. The sauce where the burrata was seating was DELICIOUS. We ordered the caesar salad and pasta with beef (forgot the name). We enjoyed the meal and the drinks. Prices are a bit high but it’s Flatiron and a rooftop.

Disappointed for a special evening. Had such great memory from past visit. Request was never even acknowledged, waiter felt very transactional and food was a let down. Didn't even finish.

Loved the entire interior, it was beautifully designed and filled with greenery and little fairy lights. It was a little on the loud side since it was busy but could still hear the person across the table. Excellent service and delicious food

Service from Happy was great! Foccacia bread delicious. Halibut disappointing. Bland even with sauce. I’ve had many other places much better. Chicken good. Overall a good dining experience.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was outstanding. I always enjoy visiting Serra when I visit New York, and this visit did not disappoint! The staff even presented us with a handwritten card highlighting the birthday celebration I noted on my reservation.

i count on Serra to give a first class experience when I am taking a business colleague out to lunch. It was disappointing that we arrived at 1:15 and were not served food until 2:09 and our salad never came. At least we were not charged for the salad. I will still come back but not cool.

Cannot recommend. The reception was utterly unenthusiastic and dour, food mediocre, bathrooms unclean. I’d been wanting to try this place since reading a good review on TimeOut last summer touting rooftop dining, nice ambience, and seasonal menu. Took a friend visiting from out of town and ended up apologizing for my choice. It’s a total tourist trap, loaded with families with kids. The service vibe was, “We’re doing you a favor by letting you dine here.”

Food and service at the table was amazing. The problem was at the bar. As we finished our friend’s birthday dinner, one friend joined. Since we already finished our dinner and paid, (we were table of 8, all also tipped over 20% for good service) We got to the bar and ordered our drinks, and friend just got there ordered snacks, bartender did not ask if we want to open our tab do we just figured we’ll pay as we go, he decided to tell us we have a tab open and got us confused, ending up calling manager accusing us of asking for free drinks. Ummm, simply ask us first instead of accusing us? Bartender looked so upset walking around made us think there was someone before us left without paying their tab of something but it was about us.

It was my husbands birthday and surprise dinner. The hostess whispered to me asking whose birthday it was and slipped him a happy birthday note and chocolate. I appreciated that small gesture. All the servers and staff were professional and kind. The food was outstanding and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the beautiful garden decor while sipping on delicious wine. We savored the pasta, steak, and some sides. Ended the night with a perfectly brewed cappuccino and a photo op.
