Ambience was cute to take pictures but everything else was extremely disappointing. We ordered an appetizer and 3 entrees which was spaghetti & all of them came undercooked and the pasta was extremely hard. No effort into the food what so ever & terrible service. Let alone we felt extremely rushed even though we came with a reservation. Never again 0/10.

It’s a beautiful rooftop with a buzzy atmosphere. The food is decent enough, but given its Eataly, I expected more. The branzino was cooked beautifully but the tomatoes and basil on top were straight from the fridge and felt like an after thought. The spaghetti was not al dente. It was undercooked. However the broccoli rabe was perfect. The calamari was perfectly crisp and the aioli was as delicious.

It was a beautiful night so the restaurant was packed and very loud. I thought acoustically it would be ok as it’s Al Fresca dining but so hard for the 4 of us to hold a conversation. Food was ok. I had burrata and ravioli. Burrata was exceptional but I didn’t care for the preparation with eggplant. My colleagues had ravioli and enjoyed it. Wine selection by glass is extremely limited. The service was very slow. Waited 20 min for our check despite asking the manager after waiting 15 min. Literally had to go over to another table to get the server’s attention. For that alone, I don’t think I’d return.

It is a nice place ! Noisy environment with the patrons and the fans! Seating is mixed with 2 seaters and more! Great food and ambiance! Food could be warmer when it comes out!

We found Serra by accident when searching for a place to eat and we were so pleasantly surprised. The ambience and decor was super pretty with that hometowny, New York feel, like you were a local even if you’re not. Every item we ate was fantastic from the caprese and avocado salad to the halibut and spring ravioli dishes. But the tiramisu was out of this world, like nothing I’ve ever had for dessert. I’m still thinking about it!! Would highly recommend this spot!
