Somewhat disappointed. I had mentioned this was a special birthday lunch, and this was acknowledged by the Hostess, who then showed me to a table adjacent to the bus station. I refused it, and was shown a much better, central table- but really? Because it was a birthday, I had thought they would do a little something- a glass of wine or a dessert for the birthday friend, but it was never mentioned again after check-in, so not a deal breaker but not winning any fans either. We 3 women split a Pasta, a large salad and a vegetable and bread- and we left behind part of each dish, so servings were ample. However, the pasta, which was the reason for coming, was cold upon being served. We did not mention it, but then our wait person was not very available. They seemed fully booked and very busy. So as I said, a nice place for lunch but busy, got noisy and nothing special. I most likely would not return.

Had brunch and it was wonderful. Avocado toast and bacon. Birthday brunch for teen girl and they gave her a birthday card and chocolate when we arrived and a dessert with a candle after our meal. Attention to details means the world!

Lighting decor makes it even more romantic at night. Tiramisu and panna cotta were on point!

The cooling fans were on high blast and multiple customers requested the fans to be turned off. It was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Menus were blowing off the tables, people’s hair was blown excessively. The first few requests were ignored and then finally a disgruntled manager adjusted 1 fan to a slightly lower level but it still was uncomfortable. So much air was blowing on our table that it also cooled our food instantly. The pasta was cold from the fan 5 minutes after serving. Unfortunately the fans and the refusal to turn them off ruined our entire dining experience. Previous to this I have always recommended this restaurant to friends and family and I will not do that going forward.

Fun place, not really any views, at least where I was sitting. The Eggs Benedict on a croissant on spinach was delicious.

Hosted a private dining event at Serra and it ended up being the perfect choice. Not only was the food and service impeccable, but they went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. Thank you once again to Jesse and the team.

Too hot! The food and stagg was great. But it was like a sauna up there. Crazy hot.

My $39 halibut was over cooked and dry. The plate was hot so it was probably sitting under a heat lamp too long.
