They were quick. Our waitress new we had a show to go to and got us out in time. Our food was amazing. Bathrooms were very nice.

My party and I had a wonderful time. This is a staff highlighted review. The reservation was made to hold space to mourn a dear friend who recently passed. Originally, there was “turbulence” around our dinner destination and I almost needed to cancel my reservation. I have to say, the gentleman at concierge on Tuesday 5/15 afternoon was truly the best. He was very kind and accommodating and flexible throughout our entire journey to Serena and even beyond check in. Half of our party couldn’t even make it out after everything and he was so kind and adjusted us without hassle. When we got to our table, we had Brie and her shadow and she was incredible at sensing our needs and making sure we were taken care of. She provided exceptional service at every step. She didn’t make us feel rushed and was super patient with us. It was a smooth experience. 10/10 I was so impressed with the staff. Special shout out to the tall male server cracking all the wild jokes at the table beside us. He was hilarious. Great personality hire. The manager should be proud of his staff.

I made a reservation at Serena Pastificio for May 12th, which I knew was Mother’s Day. However, my family and I were not interested in the alcohol-prime rib-dessert heavy Mother’s Day menu. Neither the restaurant nor Open Table mentioned to me that the regular menu was NOT available. When I showed up, they charged us $60 per person, plus 20% mandatory gratuity ($72 per person). I brought this to the front staff attention. They shrugged and effectively said that I should have perused their Web site. I will, of course, not go to Serena Pastificio any more. Also, will stop using Open Table.

Mother's Day brunch. I totally missed that it was a Buffet. Absolutely delicious. My two-year-old granddaughter was in heaven. I personally would have preferred ordering from the menu, but I certainly didn't leave hungry, plenty of options, Their ravioli and rigatoni were terrific, the restaurant is beautiful, the wait staff was wonderful to us. One total standout -- dessert. When I go back I will be ordering my own tiramisu. A truly great place for large parties.

Mother's Day Brunch was delightful. The dishes were replenished regularly and our server, Whitney was courteous and cheerful. The prime rib was excellent! All the restaurant staff was lovely on such a busy day. This was our first time at Serena - we often attend Alliance shows and would like to enjoy a pre-event meal here.

I’ve been to Serena Pastifico for dinner on 2 occasions and it was absolutely awesome. Brunch for Mother’s Day not so much. It wasn’t clear to me this was a buffet and unfortunately this was the beginning of the end. They couldn’t keep food or even plates on the buffet. And to say the food was subpar would be an overstatement. The pasta was dry, the Wellington dry and hard, the potatoes had a weird taste. And this is just what I can remember. The best thing I had was my Manhattan. I’ll be back but not for a buffet brunch.

Food was just okay. No bread offered. Pasta in a bowl. Selection was limited. Service was fine- a little slow. We probably would not return.

Tried Serena for an early evening date night with my fiancé. By 6:30, the restaurant was a comfortable noise level and luckily we were seated in a very quiet and intimate corner. We started with the cheese board and mushroom toast. I thoroughly enjoyed the cheese, but the mushroom toast was a miss. Cocktails were great and not too sweet, which I am picky about. Our server was sweet and attentive. The crab ravioli was a terrible miss. The crab is in the sauce and was served cold, both were unexpected. I did enjoy the large portion of bolognese which is one of my favorite dishes. Would be back if the price wasn’t so high. Very Instagram able spot!

We were the only ones for brunch, and the coffee took 20 minutes to arrive. Someone’s biscuits and gravy came in cold. Food also took a while and was unimpressive for the price. Never coming again for brunch.
