We went there with our older kids for an early dinner. Great for any occasion. Kid friendly. Waitstaff was very attentive and food came out quickly.

Victoria, was very accommodating with our Reservation. I had requested a particular table and it was no problem. I had made it earlier last minute and she was lovely again accomidating us with the requested table. When we sat down the vibe was more family oriented a bit noisey. But that toned down and the vibe changed to less children shortly after. Our service was good the first half but as the place got busier we didn't see much him. We had to keep asking the bus boy for things. They seemed short staff. But when he came he was pleasant and met the need. The food was served hot and we really enjoyed. However, the one dish, Ceasor salad with salmon and chicken was not a generous amount, considering the $$ the bowls could be larger. But the fish and chicken were excellent. All of our dishes ,we were party of six, overall was really good. We had a round of special drinks which were tastey and generous. I would recommend this place on many levels, ambiance, quality and value. The service just needs to be tweaked.

Serafina has fine dining and ambiance along with top-notch service. The food was made with perfection and the plating for their salmon was neat and sharp. Now for the incredible taste. Serafina has delicious food and I cannot wait to return because I would love to try the rest of their menu.

Service was wonderful when we walked in. But during the meal, we would need to call our server over a few times for items we needed. After a while we just asked the busboys and they would tell our server. Also the food presentation was nice but all our cooked dishes were lukewarm, where they should have been warm-hot. Pretty ambience but not outstanding food and service as the original Serafina is known for. Great date place.

Pasta was delicious but the service wasn’t great. The waiter was ok but the bus boys were not trained properly at all. Also it’s very upsetting that they give you the worst table leaving other table for later even though we made a reservation. The “good tables” were still empty when we were leaving… love serafina on Madison and in Miami but won’t come back to 84th street location.

2nd time here in the last month, each time was excellent for lunch. Great food, and very good service. The host was also very polite and gave us a great table - very charming person! Bravo to the team here.
