The ambience is nice, the service was very good. We were a table of six, so recommended tip is 20%, we'd expect good service for that, and so it was. Food was okay, my pappardelle was very good, the carbonara was okay, the pizza was very good but my wife's special of the day was not so good. Pesto sauce was no better than one you buy at a suppermaket. For the cost and the fame, I was expecting more.

This was my first time at Serafina and the ambiance and service was great. However, while eating my chicken cutlet parmigiana, there was a piece of melted saran wrap under the cheese. While talking to the waiter he apologized and told me it tends to happen when the Chef pounds the chicken. This is unacceptable if this happens often. They asked if I wanted another one or anything else off the menu and I politely declined and they took the order off the bill. The manager or the Chef needs to change the way they prepare this dish because finding melted saran wrap is unacceptable.

On a recent Sunday, Serafina provided a nice spot for a family dinner. Overall, the food was great! We enjoyed a chopped salad w/Romain, avocado, and a lemony dressing along w/ an appetizer crostini w/ prosciutto and mozzarella. For entrees, our party of 3 adults shared the Nocina pizza w/ sausage and mushrooms, the chicken parm, which comes w a side of penne marinara, and the special risotto that had sausage and asparagus. This was an adequate amount of food for our party and we had a bit of leftovers for 2 small lunches the following day. Our tab included 2 drinks and it got to be a bit pricey compared to the amount of food served - ~$70 pp, but that’s becoming standard for lower Manhattan. The price was offset very slightly with an Amex credit card offer to dine here, so check your credit card benes! The service could have been better. The waiter was eager to take our order and once we placed it, kind of disappeared. The table we sat at - a four top - was a small table and all 3 entrees that we said we were sharing came out at the same time and crowded the table. The server could have managed that more efficiently. Overall, the food is solid and I would return and reco this spot.

We were so disappointed in our experience. Only one person at our table ordered wine and it seemed like after taking our food order, our waiter, “wrote us off” I say that because we never saw him again for the entire meal. No check back to see how we liked our food or if we wanted dessert or anything. He finally came to the table after a long wait and we asked for the check. I spoke to management about his lack of service and they apologized of course. Never again!!!

The arugula salad had some wilted leaves, the cherry tomatoes were overripe the skin was too chewy, and the prosciutto on the Di Fabio pizza had an odor.

Made reservations for 4, we picked our dinners the night before. When we were given the menu at the restaurant the entree prices were each $5 higher. Wine, drinks were $1-2 higher! Don’t understand how that could done.

We came for brunch and ordered: *Lemon Ricotta Pancakes - $22 for 3 thin and flat pancakes, which lacked lemon flavor. It was like something I can make at home. *Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict - the english muffin was really small, but the dish itself was decent. *Linguine with White Clams - overall the flavor was good, but the clams were so tiny so hardly any meat. *Fried calamari - I've had better elsewhere. Service was good. The overall atmosphere was good, and it's a family friendly place. Overall advice: avoid brunch menu items if you must dine here and stick with the regular menu. However, if you're looking for good Italian food, I'd go elsewhere.

I get it its busy because of Valentines, but our food took forever. The tables beside us got their order first even if we were there way before them. But food was good.

If you’re looking for some good Italian food and great service, this is the place to go. The staff are very helpful and kind and the food is very tasty and good.

Food was not as good as I thought. Poor in taste. Nothing really stand out about the food. Very basic. This place could do better.

Great service. In and out in time to get to show at the Perelman performing arts center. We were staying at the Frederick Hotel so very convenient.

So amazing. The staff is more than accommodating, they’re attentive, and so kind. Food was a 10/10! - from a neighbour up north

We had an outstanding dinner the other night at Serafina Tribeca. The food and service were excellent. We sat outside in their heated section at the recommendation of the host due to several large and loud office parties that were occurring at the same time and it was very comfortable. The appetizers were excellent as were the main courses. The pasta with truffles had the best flavor and would be something we would order again. The Faroe Island Salmon and Steak with Fries were also excellent. Can't thank enough the wait staff in taking care of our table. Will defiantly go back there again.

The ambiance of Serifina is delightful. The service was great too. They offered a turkey option for Thanksgiving that made my husband happy. Our drinks were delicious. The only disappointment was the bread. It was bla.
