No way this restaurant is 4+ review. Food was not good. Waiter was very good. Group of 6. Only advice if you must go is stick with the pasta dishes.

Mother’s Day Brunch was pretty disappointing. Eggs Ben were overcooked, dry rough muffins and little sauce. Salad was good. Brought the wrong dessert but we had a movie to make…

made an open table reservation but then needed to change it and they were very accommodating. Our food server gave some recommendations that we were all very happy with. Service was very good and we have a wonderful time

We had a large party of 7 and Sara took great care of us. It was a wonderful time and we have been before and will continue to come back.

We had an awesome brunch! The big favorite was the frittata and the home fried potatoes. They were fried and then tossed lightly in a relish?? They were delicious !!!

Wondering experience at Serafina’s in the seaport. Pizza was amazing and so fresh with many topping to choose from. Chicken Marsala was flavorful but wished the portion was a little bigger.

We orders 2 dishes. One was OK, the other aweful. Chicken Parm was 2 very thin pieces with chicken where the coating was thicker and burnt. The pasta server with it was warm and the sauce had no flavor. Also the place was not very pack however they crammed 4 couples on small tables right by the side of each other.

They were awesome! I noted it was a friend’s 30th birthday, and they delivered! They brought him a dessert with “happy 30th birthday!” Written in chocolate sauce on the plate. Amazing service, great food and ambiance. Portions were smaller which was good to not over eat, but expensive for the amount of food you get. We will definitely go back 🥳

The food was incredible but the service was subpar at best. Based on the location in the seaport and price I expect great service at a minimum. Items were forgotten and not entered when orders were placed, no happy birthday or even a candle in the dessert, and could not even split the check evenly. They also don't validate parking.

Nothing really bad just nothing exciting. We went into town from the North Shore to celebrate our anniversary. When I made the reservation weeks prior, I noted that it was our anniversary on Open Table hoping to get a nice table. When we arrived we were escorted to a very small two-top between two other two-tops. We instead asked for the one next to it that was at least against a wall. When the chiller for the bottle of Prosecco we ordered was on the table, the table was very crowded. The restaurant was somewhat busy but definitely not full. We ordered the burrata caprese as an appetizer for $25. The menu noted it was in a balsamic dressing. The “burrata” arrived in three small slices and not the creamy consistency you usually get in a burrata. Usually burrata is served in a ball. There was no balsamic dressing. The tomatoes were ripe and fresh. The appetizer was decent but certainly not worthy of $25 and not as advertised. I ordered the Cacio de Pepe and added lobster for my main course. The cacio de Pepe was very delicious. The lobster, was small dried up, over cooked chunks. I should have skipped the lobster add-on. My husband ordered the chicken parm. He said it was good and the Pomodoro sauce had good flavor. The server, Jean Paul, was very friendly and personable. Overall, our experience was okay. Not bad but nothing really notable. It is a decent restaurant if you’re in the area but definitely not a destination restaurant. Also notable is that the restaurant does not validate parking at the garage across the street. We returned to our car in under two hours and the parking fee was $35. Not the restaurant’s fault but just another reason to go back to a restaurant that was just okay. I would have felt differently if we had an amazing meal/experience.

Food was excellent. Service excellent also. Table for 2 that we had was crammed next to the waiter’s stand and felt cramped - my one complaint.

We thought the food tasted good but would have loved the option to put Parmesan cheese on top of our pasta dishes. We also found it tough to get our waitress’s attention for more water and a salt shaker.

Great customer service from Aliza and the water waitress. Food was fabulous. Didn’t like the bill not being finalised before I left and the fact that the tip was added on after from something that I’d written down. Just doesn’t seem right to me

Great as usual. We probably eat at Serafina the most while in the Seaport. Nice bar, good drinks, good variety in the menu.

One of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had, the entire family thought everything was wonderful. Prices were reasonable, serving sizes great. The staff was all very friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend!

Food was just very average and largely lacking flavor. We were seated in a small little room off to the side with 2 large groups and we had to shout at each other to be heard. One of us didn’t get our full order and we couldn’t find our waitress to correct the mistake or get a second drink until we were almost finished. We won’t be back

I was a party of 2 on a Friday night around 5:30. Warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to a table. The pizza bar was buzzing and the atmosphere was comfortable. I started with a delicious mocktail, a “In Fashion” and then a non alcoholic Cabernet which was a little too sweet but a not bad switch from a real wine! (My turn to drive). Arincini, Eggplant Parm, and Spaghetti with meatball were all delicious. But what stood out the most was the excellent service. The attention level was perfect, food served timely and always brought with a smile. I will definitely be back!
