Selva is our favorite for an annual birthday celebration and they never miss a beat. Our server (Dava?) was superb. Food as always excellent and beautifully presented.

What a wonderful anniversary dinner. Everything about Selva Grille was a revelation. From our server to dessert, not to mention the 5-star cuisine, we couldn’t have been more delighted. Peruvian touches dominated, which meant a subtle spicy kick was present in almost everything we tried. The paella was absolutely the BEST we’ve had in Sarasota, redolent of saffron and generous portions of seafood. The rack of lamb was spectacular as was the accompanying truffle risotto. This is not expensive, as it delivers on flavor, service and even portion size.

We love Selva! It is always wonderful. We had a delicious dinner and great drinks. The service was excellent as well.

Never had any problem. The staff, food, cleanliness it’s always excellent. I highly recommend Selva Grill.

Thank you for participating in Savor Sarasota! We took the opportunity to introduce our selves to fine dining during the Savor Sarasota promotion and Selva hit a home run with our lunch experience! Wife ordered Selva Caesar and the Selva Burger. The Ceasar as presented is an absolute gem for a non-traditional Caesar. The Burger cooked to perfection with a side of perfectly cooked and portioned fries. I ordered the Shrimp Ceviche and the Salmon Chileno. The kitchen repeated their performance with my wife's order. The Ceviche was refreshing and delightful. The Salmon with the side of jasmine rice is an exceptional explosion of flavor. Again, perfect portions! Our Server Janine (pardon spelling, since receipt designates her as server 105) is an excellent ambassador for Selva. She is professional, courteous menu knowledgeable with a great sense for table visits/service. We have now added Selva to our dining out routine.

Cocktails, food, wine were all fantastic. The beautiful plating continues to amaze us. Juan is a great server, he was on top of everything. Michelle leads a fantastic team! Thanks again for a wonderful evening.

We went to Selva for the first time during Restaurant Week Sarasota. Very impressive venue! The food was very good, although my short ribs (only 2 ribs) had some grissle. Cerviche was delicious, as was the dessert!
