We were a party of 7 including 2 small children for fathers day. We were given a semi private room which was great. The children’s meals took 1/2 hour to come out. It was over another half hour for the other 5 meals. Four of those were cold. We did not send them back because we didn’t want to wait any longer. Meanwhile a table of 6 who came in after us completed their meal before we were served. Noone in the restaurant checked on us or made any apologies. This is a high end restaurant and the bill was over $300. I have eaten lunch here several times before and never had a problem. I doubt Any of us will return.

I picked this place for Father’s Day brunch to host out of town friends. I was thankful they had a reservation and was OK with the prix fixed menu listed on the website and when we arrived to the restaurant. The wax strips for kids were a hit to keep the kids busy, and I’m very thankful for the details. However, several things happened that dampened our mood. We were told there would be a new kids menu, a big bummer when you have 3 kids 6 and under in your party and they make up their mind and have opinions. To attempt to mitigate this, we asked the waiter if we could substitute breakfast potatoes for fries, to which he said he’d ask the kitchen. Our request was honored, only for us to find out this was possible with an extra charge. The prix fixed menu also indicated coffee, tea and/or juice would be included in the price of the offering. We ordered 2 cold brews and I asked for a refill, only to see on the final bill that each drink had a separate charge. Transparency - not affordability - is the problem here, and I feel that docking a star because of this from an otherwise good meal and experience is fair. I would’ve happily still said yes to the additional charges, but I feel being told about potential extra charges is basic decorum.

The service and food are top notch! Restaurant has a wonderful contemporary atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Everyone’s food was great except for mine. Server did not listen and added cheese to my salad even after I said no dairy. They don’t seem to have oil and vinegar so I ate a salad with just oil! Odd? Everyone else enjoyed their food. Seating is what seems to be outside chairs but inside. My feedback is this: better for two or four guests. Large parties don’t get great seats and the table was out in the middle of the floor so difficult with 2 small kids. Server could use a little coaching. Introduced himself 4 times. Each time a couple arrived he came over and introduced himself. It got a bit tiresome!

This restaurant is consistently very good. I love the fact that they have seasonal menus. This menu had my favorite dish on it which is ravioli filled with lemon and herb ricotta in a very light sauce....soooo good!! Jules, the bartender is a hoot, so have a drink at the bar first before you sit down!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd anniversary dinner at Seed! We were greeted and seated immediately, and given a nice “happy anniversary “ card signed by staff. The menu was marked “happy anniversary “ and waiter Daniel took great care of us. Thanks Seed, for a great experience!

The steak frites was ordered medium but came (very) well done. Our server offered to send it back to the kitchen but I declined. I should have taken him up on the offer. All in all, the dinner seemed a little off but the new outside seating is great.
