We decided to have our breakfast after our wedding day here at Seasons. The hostess was friendly and congratulated us when we checked in, and showed us to our table outside. We were greeted by our waitress in about 5 mins. She was friendly and took our coffee order and our food order. I ordered a French omelette, my husband ordered the eggs Benedict, and a French toast to share. Our food arrived and our coffee didn’t yet. I asked about it and the wait staff apologized, said he was going to grab the coffee for us right away. He brought the coffee, and the heavy cream / creamer. The heavy cream has soured and curdled as soon I poured it in my coffee. We notified the wait staff and they apologized and brought new coffee and new cream from a new carton. Let’s talk about the food- A well executed French omelette would be soft, folded and creamy on the inside. The French omelette I received was overcooked and cracked on top. On the menu, it was supposed to come with arugula but the omelette only came with a ramekin of ketchup. Do we eat French omelettes with ketchup now? Hubby enjoyed his eggs Benedict with ham, he did get arugula with his dish yet some arugula on it was yellow and wilted. The French toast though, delicious. The side sourdough toast - delicious. He ordered a side huckleberry jam with the toast and never received it. The waitress was sweet and brought out two glasses of champagne to celebrate us being newly weds. She accidentally dropped one of the champagne glasses and the table and my husband ended up wearing most of the champagne. She felt so bad and had some of the food remade (because they were soaked by champagne). Staff came over to clean up the broken glass. Service has not been smooth but I didn’t mind too much, I have had my share of table waiting mishaps back in my 20’s when I was waitressing. I am only writing this out because of lack of management involvement. You would expect a manager to come by or some adjustment to the bill-no.

Beautiful restaurant. Amazing atmosphere. That’s where the good ends. The bad: food was not good - especially considering the price. It took one hour to get our meals. And I had to wave waiters down to get things like a fork or plate.

We chose the high chef table for our dinner to get an earlier time. Service was excellent, food was delicious and ambiance was great. It was a bit noisy, but for the table location, it was expected. Recommend!

Food was Hot and delicious. Very peaceful ambiance for my family. I wish the weather was warmer because they have an awesome patio with a view of the beautiful pool.

We’ve been coming to Seasons to get their whipped ricotta appetizer with grilled sourdough bread for at least a year. They unfortunately changed the appetizer from a hummus sized dollop with 3 slices of bread to 1 slice of bread and a small amount of ricotta ontop, similar to avocado toast. The worst part is they kept the price the same while cutting the amount of food in half. Super disappointed on this chance and I hope they change it soon!

We were in the area for an event, I made reservations for dinner here, and it was just ok. I would not return based on anything - not the food, the ambiance, nor the service. It was all 'fine' but when I think Four Seasons, I think wow factor. This didn't have it for us. For example, from the time we were seated and then ordered drinks (party of 2), a drink on their cocktail menu and a margarita, it took over 15 minutes for them to arrive. And it wasn't that busy. Also - if you book on opentable and you book the 'chefs table', it's a long dining table in front of the kitchen, like right in front, and separated from the rest of the dining room (I presume) because it's frankly chaotic. Rather than being cool or chic, it just looked noisy, chaotic with waiters buzzing around, food orders coming up, we rejected that and were able to get a normal table, but it took getting a manager involved and some moments of being firm on my part of nope, not sitting there. Thanks but no thanks.
