We decided to have our breakfast after our wedding day here at Seasons. The hostess was friendly and congratulated us when we checked in, and showed us to our table outside. We were greeted by our waitress in about 5 mins. She was friendly and took our coffee order and our food order. I ordered a French omelette, my husband ordered the eggs Benedict, and a French toast to share. Our food arrived and our coffee didn’t yet. I asked about it and the wait staff apologized, said he was going to grab the coffee for us right away. He brought the coffee, and the heavy cream / creamer. The heavy cream has soured and curdled as soon I poured it in my coffee. We notified the wait staff and they apologized and brought new coffee and new cream from a new carton. Let’s talk about the food- A well executed French omelette would be soft, folded and creamy on the inside. The French omelette I received was overcooked and cracked on top. On the menu, it was supposed to come with arugula but the omelette only came with a ramekin of ketchup. Do we eat French omelettes with ketchup now? Hubby enjoyed his eggs Benedict with ham, he did get arugula with his dish yet some arugula on it was yellow and wilted. The French toast though, delicious. The side sourdough toast - delicious. He ordered a side huckleberry jam with the toast and never received it. The waitress was sweet and brought out two glasses of champagne to celebrate us being newly weds. She accidentally dropped one of the champagne glasses and the table and my husband ended up wearing most of the champagne. She felt so bad and had some of the food remade (because they were soaked by champagne). Staff came over to clean up the broken glass. Service has not been smooth but I didn’t mind too much, I have had my share of table waiting mishaps back in my 20’s when I was waitressing. I am only writing this out because of lack of management involvement. You would expect a manager to come by or some adjustment to the bill-no.

Beautiful restaurant. Amazing atmosphere. That’s where the good ends. The bad: food was not good - especially considering the price. It took one hour to get our meals. And I had to wave waiters down to get things like a fork or plate.

We chose the high chef table for our dinner to get an earlier time. Service was excellent, food was delicious and ambiance was great. It was a bit noisy, but for the table location, it was expected. Recommend!

Food was Hot and delicious. Very peaceful ambiance for my family. I wish the weather was warmer because they have an awesome patio with a view of the beautiful pool.

We’ve been coming to Seasons to get their whipped ricotta appetizer with grilled sourdough bread for at least a year. They unfortunately changed the appetizer from a hummus sized dollop with 3 slices of bread to 1 slice of bread and a small amount of ricotta ontop, similar to avocado toast. The worst part is they kept the price the same while cutting the amount of food in half. Super disappointed on this chance and I hope they change it soon!

We were in the area for an event, I made reservations for dinner here, and it was just ok. I would not return based on anything - not the food, the ambiance, nor the service. It was all 'fine' but when I think Four Seasons, I think wow factor. This didn't have it for us. For example, from the time we were seated and then ordered drinks (party of 2), a drink on their cocktail menu and a margarita, it took over 15 minutes for them to arrive. And it wasn't that busy. Also - if you book on opentable and you book the 'chefs table', it's a long dining table in front of the kitchen, like right in front, and separated from the rest of the dining room (I presume) because it's frankly chaotic. Rather than being cool or chic, it just looked noisy, chaotic with waiters buzzing around, food orders coming up, we rejected that and were able to get a normal table, but it took getting a manager involved and some moments of being firm on my part of nope, not sitting there. Thanks but no thanks.

In some ways excellent, but also monumentally disappointing. We are huge Four Seasons fans and have stayed and dined in their properties all over the world. The restaurant is nice enough in terms of ambiance, and we came excited to try their pastas; it was house-made pasta night. The food menu wasn't huge, which is fine, and seemed reasonably varied. The appetizers were amazing, deviled eggs and the flatbread, so far so good. The first disappointment was the wine list. Given it was pasta night, ie making Italian food, there were very few non-Californian wines at all and only two Italian wines. One prosecco and one cheap white (sub $10 retail, for $40 after the day's 20% bottle discount). There were NO Italian reds. What? The only red from outside California was an Australian red. Given the absence of Italian red, the interesting pasta options (eg Lasagna) were gone. Instead we ordered the steak frite to better pair with a not-bad Halter Ranch CDP at a fair $60 vs $30-40 retail. Rather oddly, the menu listed it as a flatiron steak (which we wanted) but the waiter talked about a filet. We figured he was either mistaken or the menu was wrong. It turned out that he had substituted the filet for the flatiron without actually telling us that, and tried to charge $6 for the sub. He was gracious about removing the upcharge, but it still left a lingering air of disappointment. The filet was ok, btw, but steak frite is a simple preparation and really needs a more flavorful steak than filet. Ie flatiron. Net-net, unless the wine list changes, we can't go back to the restaurant or stay at the property.

The homemade ricotta was the highlight of our meal. Service was good, prices were high. The server asked us if we wanted alcohol and refills about 3x. Not what I expected for "high end" but it was nice to visit once and see what it was about. I could see this being good for casual business lunches.

Very delicious and staff made sure to take care with our toddler food she has an egg allergy and they did amazing she was happy and it was safe for her to enjoy:)

Great late lunch/happy hour with wife and friend - service was exceptional (Louie). We sat outside and had a lovely time - started with the Truffle Popcorn and Deviled Eggs. As for our "mains", we enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Cheeseburger (Truffle Fries), and Fish Tacos. The Fish Tacos were the winner. I ranked our experience as "Good Value" but realize that the CoGs and Labor costs are way up so I understand the FS menu pricing requirements. Will certainly return again next week!

Lovely place to meet friends or business associates. Quiet and spacious. Staff was excellent and courteous. My latte was great. The farmers market breakfast I had was nice just a bit heavy on the spices for breakfast. Eggs on top were nice a fluffy. Overall a good and relaxing place to go.

Enjoyable late breakfast with my golfing buddies. Two breakfast burritos and eggs, bacon and hash browns, for the three of us. Service was great, food was good, ambience lovely with NCAA basketball on the flat screens above the bar. Manager was most friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend-will be back!

This dining experience was disappointing, we expected better from Four Seasons. The restaurant is small, right off the lobby of the resort, and is very noisy. The food was just OK, the steak didn't have much flavor and had chewy gristle in it. The fries were good, so was the doughnut dessert. Service was a bit rushed. Since this was Restaurant Week, this is a chance for restaurants to showcase their food and pick up new customers. We probably won't return.

We tried multiple items from the restaurant week menu and everything was delicious. Service was great. My only complain is the noise level. The place is small so it gets loud but regardless would definitely go again.

Went with good friends for Restaurant Week. I have been going to restaurant week for years and Have never been served a small version of the item on the menu. Very disappointing. Food was good, but long waits between courses. Busy but not full. Must say when I didn’t like my entree , they agreeably replaced it. I have been here for lunch many times and never disappointed.

First of all, the service was incredible from the minute we arrived until we left. Everything we had was delicious! The ricotta appetizer is a must! Steak was tasty and cooked perfectly. French fries to die for!!

Service was terrible. We were seated and no one approached us for 15 minutes. Even after we asked, they were slow to respond. Once we got our assigned server (Marcus) he was not very gracious.

First time here and it will be a staple place from now on. The only and I mean only gripe I have was I had an olive pit but that’s happens.

Our experience was a 10 out of 10! I can’t wait to go back!! Our server Marcos was amazing and I needed to shake the chefs hand for having the best food ever served to us. His name is Jared and the manager named Andrew was so nice. We will be back soon!!! Julia was super kind as well :)
