I selected the Seasons restaurant so that my friend and I could have a nice, relaxing dinner before an event we were attending. I don’t know if this was unique to the day that I was there, or if this is a common occurrence, but the restaurant was filled with very young children, who were squalling and crying and very loud. Of course, I would never blame the restaurant for that, as they can’t control their patronage, and do not turn away children. However, if you are looking for a mostly child-free evening, I would recommend someplace else. Seasons also had a very loud, very bad keyboardist, who was playing and singing and ruining many of my favorite songs. LOUDLY. Even though she was out on the patio/terrace, and we were inside, this did not save us from the caterwauling and the concomitant headache. We had a 6:45p reservation, so I was praying that she stopped at 7:00p. She did not. She did not stop until 8:00p. Her playing and singing ruined what might have otherwise been a pleasant dinner. Furthermore, on the patio/terrace where she was playing, it was absolute child pandemonium. Toddlers were running around and screaming or crying. And while they are certainly the parents’ responsibility, and not the restaurant’s, it was not appreciated during a nice dinner. I imagine Seasons was aiming for “ambience,” but the keyboard/speaker/microphone setup was FAR too loud to be considered background music. All of that having been said, the food was good, and our waiter was lovely. We noticed that some of the lightbulbs have burned out on the stringed lights, which we don’t expect from a Four Seasons property. My companion, who formerly worked for a Four Seasons property, commented that a burned-out lightbulb was not acceptable at his location. We counted four. We had picked a Four Seasons for its reputation. Standards are lower at this Seasons. I will absolutely not go back. I wanted a relaxing evening, but what I got was a massive headache.

Squash blossom appetizer was bomb. We both ordered from their prix fixe menu. The beets salad and little gem caesar were outstanding. The lamb tagliatelle was delicious. The earl grey crème brûlée was spot on. Service was very friendly with nice people everywhere. We were very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Seasons. We would anxiously return. Thank you.

I eat here frequently, usually for weekend brunch. Lately the food quality is not quite as good as in the past. The cooking seems inconsistent and the food was noticeably colder than usual.

We decided to have our breakfast after our wedding day here at Seasons. The hostess was friendly and congratulated us when we checked in, and showed us to our table outside. We were greeted by our waitress in about 5 mins. She was friendly and took our coffee order and our food order. I ordered a French omelette, my husband ordered the eggs Benedict, and a French toast to share. Our food arrived and our coffee didn’t yet. I asked about it and the wait staff apologized, said he was going to grab the coffee for us right away. He brought the coffee, and the heavy cream / creamer. The heavy cream has soured and curdled as soon I poured it in my coffee. We notified the wait staff and they apologized and brought new coffee and new cream from a new carton. Let’s talk about the food- A well executed French omelette would be soft, folded and creamy on the inside. The French omelette I received was overcooked and cracked on top. On the menu, it was supposed to come with arugula but the omelette only came with a ramekin of ketchup. Do we eat French omelettes with ketchup now? Hubby enjoyed his eggs Benedict with ham, he did get arugula with his dish yet some arugula on it was yellow and wilted. The French toast though, delicious. The side sourdough toast - delicious. He ordered a side huckleberry jam with the toast and never received it. The waitress was sweet and brought out two glasses of champagne to celebrate us being newly weds. She accidentally dropped one of the champagne glasses and the table and my husband ended up wearing most of the champagne. She felt so bad and had some of the food remade (because they were soaked by champagne). Staff came over to clean up the broken glass. Service has not been smooth but I didn’t mind too much, I have had my share of table waiting mishaps back in my 20’s when I was waitressing. I am only writing this out because of lack of management involvement. You would expect a manager to come by or some adjustment to the bill-no.

Beautiful restaurant. Amazing atmosphere. That’s where the good ends. The bad: food was not good - especially considering the price. It took one hour to get our meals. And I had to wave waiters down to get things like a fork or plate.

We chose the high chef table for our dinner to get an earlier time. Service was excellent, food was delicious and ambiance was great. It was a bit noisy, but for the table location, it was expected. Recommend!
