The Chef's Counter experience takes you on a tasting journey through our menu. The counter seats overlook our open kitchen, so guests feel like they are part of the action! Details: - 5 course tasting menu is $75 per person (all guests must participate in the tasting menu) - Optional beverage pairing add-on - 2 hour limit to the space with a $25 non-refundable deposit required to book (goes towards check) - 20% gratuity will be added to all checks - Please inform us ahead of time of any allergies or dietary restrictions

The food was good. But our server spilled dishes on two of the people in our party TWICE. Once with a plate containing rib bones which fell on someone’s seat along with sauce, and another time as she was bringing a dessert to the table and it fell down spilling all over. All we got was a brief apology and zero compensation in the way of the dessert being removed from our bill for example, nothing at all. It definitely took away from the experience and showed that the service is not great; they are out to get your money and don’t really care about the experience they offer.

We had a great experience at the Chef’s Counter. Food was very good but the engagement with Sam the Chef made the experience memorable. Definitely worth a visit!

We sat outside on Mass Ave - it was very pleasant and not too noisy. Food was beautiful to behold and tasted delicious!

We had dinner at the tasting counter for my husband's birthday, and it was fantastic. Amazing food, service, and ambience - can't recommend it enough!

Top notch dining experience in all respects. The menu has so many wonderful things to choose from, it was hard to decide. The portions are very generous, this goes for the starters as well. All three of us, loved our meals....it was the best dinner any of us had had for quite some time. We had a fabulous waitress. I am sure we will all be back sometime soon.

Did the chefs tasting menu and every dish was delicious. Chef was so happy to talk about each dish and answer every question we had. Had an amazing expereince and would go again!

This was an early Mother's Day dinner for my wife. We had loved A Table at a Season to Taste, but we had not yet tried a Season to Taste. We will be back soon! In almost every possible dimension, a Season to Taste is an improvement over its superb predecessor. Instead of limited choices, a Season to Taste has many small plates and more main courses. By sharing many small dishes, you can have many taste treats of seasonal food prepared in imaginative and previously unexperienced ways. I had the ham scallops, which sounded great on the menu, but was probably twice as good as I expected. Wow! My wife who prefers more traditional dishes got what she liked and was delighted with it. Our server, Eyobed, was terrific. Although he was not the host, he greeted us on arrival to let us know someone would soon help us. He described every dish we had questions about in detail and accurately. His arrival was always timely and helpful.

Outstanding dinning experience. Will schedule a time for tasting table, as food was just perfect and my steak was cooked to exact request. Our server and bar tender was outstanding and even corrected a mistake made and remade the correct drink requested. Overall, this was a very enjoyabe dining experience and would recommend this establishment to my friends. Bruce Bennett
