Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, last but not least amazing food. I am just sad the restaurant removed Spaghetti Nero while updating their menu. The new Shellfish Carbonara is great, but it does not match against Spaghetti Nero. I even asked the staff for the chef's name so I could taste that dish again, but he was long gone and moved on to a different company. I want to sign a petition to bring that menu back, I would pay double the price of the dish if I had to. Long live Chef Peter Cox, I will miss your pasta dish.

The last two times I have dined here the head waiter assigned to the table starts off excellent and then disappears through the meal and service falls off. It’s really noticeable and a disappointment. Our appetizer dishes were still on the table when the main entrees arrived. We finished dinner and sat for a long time. No one offered dessert both times that I have dined lately. Service just dies at the end. Love the outdoor seating. Food delish. Appetizer offering needs improvement. Need a few more mainstream selections. We wanted to order but couldn’t find any we cared for

I didn’t say anything at the restaurant because it was my family’s last dinner on vacation, but I was definitely expecting more and unfortunately didn’t receive it. The food was way overpriced for what you get. I was so excited for the octopus, but it was small pieces that were way overcooked for octopus. The carbonara another special was extremely disappointing. The lobster in it was small, over hydrated and tasted horrible. The short rib was the highlight of our meal and the spring greens salad. The wedge salad was half the size of most wedges, but was good and the drinks were great as well. Overall, the service is what shines, it was great but probably won’t be back.

Overall it was great. The food here is the best part. This is one of the best kitchens in Orlando. On this visit everything was perfect, but I was disapoitned with the Waguy beef that was so expensive but very fatty.

The service was Great no complaints and very happy with experience. I would however advise people to check prices. One grey goose martini was almost 30 dollars not including tip. Thats just outrageous. Had we know we wouldn’t never ordered.

Me and my wife had dinner here lastnight and we had an incredible experience with our server Brad, he was very knowledgeable of the menu and very personable. Food was great and everything was worth it. If you dine here id ask to sit in brads section. Me and my wife will be coming back for sure.

We were the first table seated for the evening, yet time between courses was a bit longer than usual at a restaurant of this level. The Wagyu NY Strip special came out maybe a bit under cooked, which would have been fine, except the red wine and béarnaise sauces I added didn’t come out with that steak, yet 5 minutes after. The problem is the steak chilled, and being a wagyu, it showed the fat and wasn’t good cool. Overall good, I guess, but value was lost on such a nice piece of steak and poor delivery. I’d stick with their basics if I went back.

I did not particularly enjoy my dining experience. The service was good. The food was the issue. The food took forever to come. The fish was not well seasoned, the potatoes were hard and the Brussels sprouts were very undercooked. Not a good value in my opinion.

Sat outside, would have preferred umbrella or some sort of screens to shield us from the direct sun. It was extremely uncomfortable with the sun in our eyes for the first half of the meal.

This is truly an excellent place to dine. The food is exceptional, and elevated both in presentation and taste. The service was friendly, attentive, and informative. The setting is beautiful and the smell of the wood fire pleasant and not overpowering. We’ve been here twice and will do so again.

Our Dining experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Our waiter Ian went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! The only reason we gave 4 stars to value is thanks to Bidenomics. Food prices being so high has to be passed down to the consumer. Thank you for making Al’s Birthday so special!! Lively and modern atmosphere. Ian our waiter was pleasant, professional and attentive. Food was good, but we were not blown away. Cocktails were a bit disappointing. The octopus app and the chocolate dome dessert were fantastic.

To say "disappointed" would be an understatement. We went out for our daughter's 12th Bday and we excited for not only great food, but an incredible dining experience. We had neither!! The meal started off good and service seemed fine. As the night progressed, our waiter just disappeared and seemed irritated each time we were forced to flag him down. Our food came out late so the 10oz filets for my wife and I were luke warm. They forgot the horseradish, they forgot the side of shrimp, they forgot the ketchup for my kids fries. They re-fired the shrimp but instead of cooking from scratch, chucked a couple cold, already cooked shrimp from their shrimp cocktail menu in a fry pan like we wouldn't notice. It was disgusting!!! While the ambiance and our server were great we were disappointed in the meal itself. Known for their octopus appetizer, it did not disappoint, it was prepared beautifully. The octopus was charred nicely on the outside and was very tender, served in a delicious sauce. However the disappointment was in the main entrees. Three in our party ordered the duck, and all found the duck tough and difficult to chew. The fourth in our group had the short rib, and found the gravy to be very thick and the meat stringy.

Jeffrey was amazing. There was a time delay between apps and main dinner. Otherwise great service and food.

We have dined at the other outlets at JW, but this was our first at Sear & Sea. I am disappointed with myself for not going sooner! The food was incredible and all artfully put together. Our server Zeljka was attentive and fantastic. The manager on duty was so kind to stop by twice to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing job by the whole team; thank you for such a great experience!!
